  • Patent number: 7429072
Abstract: Accessory door assembly for the normally open sides of a recreational vehicle such as a golf cart. The door assembly includes a doorframe that can be secured to the vehicle, and a preferably rigid door that is easily mountable and demountable, and is movable between an open position and a closed position. The door can be secured to the vehicle in the open position so that the passengers have the option of riding in the vehicle while the door remains open. The door is contoured to match the contour of the vehicle, so that even when the door is stored in the open position, the vehicle remains aesthetically pleasing. A hinge system is utilized that minimizes the clearance necessary to open and close the door, and provides an optional assist feature that helps urge or bias the door to the open or closed position and maintain it there.

  • Publication number: 20060186634
Abstract: A bicycle towing device for towing a trailing bicycle behind a leading bicycle including a leading bicycle connection interconnected to a trailing bicycle connection by a tow bar. The trailing bicycle connection is connectable to both upper and lower locations on the trailing bicycle such that the center of gravity of the force pulling the trailing bicycle is centered on the trailing bicycle to provide stable maneuverability of the trailing bicycle. The leading bicycle connection and the trailing bicycle connection include pivotal joints that allow limited degrees of rotational movement with respect to the tow bar. In this manner of attachment, the tow bar is pivotal with respect to both the leading bicycle connection and the trailing bicycle connection to account for differences in height between the bicycles while forcing the trailing bicycle to lean at substantially the same exact angle as the leading bicycle at all times.

  • Patent number: 7021198
Abstract: A coffee brewing basket for use with a pre-measured coffee filter packet is shown having a first compartment for retaining the coffee filter packet and a second compartment situated below the first compartment for providing an initial wetting of the coffee filter packet. A rib protruding from an interior wall of the first compartment into the second compartment provides access by which hot water introduced into the brewing basket can enter the first compartment and bypass the coffee filter packet to collect in the lower compartment. A reservoir formed by a series of ridges channels the water draining out of the second compartment and draws water through the coffee filter.
