Abstract: The invention pertains to a method for manufacture and use of pesticides or agricultural spray adjuvants that counteracts the effects of hard water cat ions on anionic pesticides when applied in water spray solutions. The disclosed agricultural spray adjuvants include glyphosate compositions comprising a strong mineral acid, such as sulfuric acid, and a polyamine surfactant, such as tallow amine or coco amine.
Abstract: A nickel-based superalloy comprises, in percentages by mass, 4.0 to 5.5% rhenium, 1.0 to 3.0 ruthenium, 2.0 to 14.0% cobalt, 0.3 to 1.0% molybdenum, 3.0 to 5.0% chromium, 2.5 to 4.0% tungsten, 4.5 to 6.5% aluminum, 0.50 to 1.50% titanium, 8.0 to 9.0% tantalum, 0.15 to 0.30% hafnium, 0.05 to 0.15% silicon, the balance being nickel and unavoidable impurities. A single-crystal blade comprises such an alloy and a turbomachine comprising such a blade.

Abstract: Optical touch sensors may be adversely affected by noise, such as modulated sunlight incident on the touch sensor. An analog optical detector is provided that includes a frequency dependent emitter feedback circuitry that does not substantially reduce the gain for a first modulation frequency range of the photodiode current and provides, for a second modulation frequency range of the photodiode current, a current feedback to reduce the gain of the first transistor. The second modulation frequency may include one or more expected noise modulation frequencies. A touch sensor device including a plurality of such optical detectors is also provided. Also provided is a touch sensor device comprising sampling disable circuitry operable to disable sampling of the output from the optical detectors for a duration of time.
