    Abstract: The present invention proposes a bi-level optimization-based infrared and visible light fusion method, adopts a pair of infrared camera and visible light camera to acquire images, and relates to the construction of a bi-level paradigm infrared and visible light image fusion algorithm, which is an infrared and visible light fusion algorithm using mathematical modeling. Binocular cameras and NVIDIA TX2 are used to construct a high-performance computing platform and to construct a high-performance solving algorithm to obtain a high-quality infrared and visible light fusion image. The system is easy to construct, and the input data can be acquired by using stereo binocular infrared and visible light cameras respectively; the program is simple and easy to implement; and the fusion image is divided into an image domain and a gradient domain for fusion by means of mathematical modeling according to different imaging principles of infrared and visible light cameras.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a calculation method of ultimate moment resistance and moment-rotation relation for steel beam to concrete-filled steel tube column connections with bidirectional bolts, wherein the calculation method as follows: calculate ultimate moment resistance values of the connection for different failure modes, i.e. yielding of the endplate or T-stub in bending, failure of bolts in tension, failure of column in transverse compression, failure of panel zone in shear, and yielding of the steel beam in bending; the smallest one in the five ultimate moment resistance values is taken as the ultimate moment resistance of the connection; obtain the initial rotational stiffness of the connection by the test, simulation or theoretical calculation; then, the moment-rotation curve of the connection is obtained by substituting the initial rotational stiffness and the ultimate moment resistance into the proposed exponential model for the moment-rotation relation.

    Abstract: An energy-saving system using electric heat pump to recover flue gas waste heat for district heating uses flue gas waste heat recovery tower to absorb the sensible and latent heat in the high-temperature flue gas by direct contact heat and mass transfer. The circulating water is sprayed from the top and the flue gas flows upwards in the tower. The electric heat pump is indirectly connected with circulating water through the anti-corrosion and high-efficiency water-water plate heat exchanger. The return water of the heat-supply network enters the electric heat pump through the anti-corrosion and high-efficiency water-water plate heat exchanger and exchanges heat indirectly with the high-temperature circulating water. The electric heat pump uses the electric energy of the power plant as the driving power.

The apparatus for hydrate-based wastewater treatment and cold storage includes a water chilling unit, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, an airflow disturbance device, a water layer positioning system, a spraying system, a suction filtration system, a heat exchange system, and a system monitoring device. The water chilling unit provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through an evaporator coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for heat exchange. The airflow disturbance device induces hydrate nucleation. The water layer positioning system positions a contact surface between a water layer and a hydrate former after hydrate decomposition to facilitate drawing and separation of the treated upper water layer. The spraying system and the suction filtration system enhance the solid-liquid separation efficiency to improve the removal rate of pollutants.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, and provides a wastewater treatment method and apparatus based on hydrate-based water vapor adsorption. The apparatus includes a wastewater evaporation zone, a hydrate formation zone, a hydrate decomposition zone, and a data acquisition and control system. Rising water vapor and condensed water formed during evaporation of wastewater at normal temperature react with a hydrate former on a cooling wall surface to form a hydrate, continuous evaporation of the wastewater is promoted, the hydrate is scraped off to a collecting zone below by a scraper after being formed, and the hydrate is decomposed into fresh water, thereby realizing wastewater treatment. The present disclosure provides a method for treating complex wastewater containing a plurality of pollutants, where water vapor is consumed to form the hydrate to promote wastewater evaporation, and water obtained from the decomposition does not contain pollutants theoretically.

PFNet successively includes a multi-layer feature extractor, a positioning module, and a focusing module. The multi-layer feature extractor uses a traditional feature extraction network to obtain different levels of contextual features; the positioning module first uses RGB feature information to initially determine the position of the camouflaged object in the image; the focusing module mines the information and removes the distraction information based on the image RGB feature information and preliminary position information, and finally determines the boundary of the camouflaged object step by step. The method of the present invention introduces the concept of distraction information into the problem of segmentation of the camouflaged object and develops a new information exploration and distraction information removal strategy to help the segmentation of the camouflaged object image.
