  • Publication number: 20130081720
Abstract: The invention relates to a lubricant valve for oil pumps of internal combustion engines, in order to supply the bearings and sliding surfaces of the engines with lubricant in an optimum manner in order to reduce the wear. The invention is based on the problem of developing a lubricant valve for oil pumps of internal combustion engines, which lubricant valve combines, in particular, the functions of a cold-start valve and those of a control valve within itself with a minimum amount of installation space and is constructed in such a way that it is insensitive with respect to the wear debris and/or foundry sand which is entrained by the lubricant, in the process makes high throughflow quantities possible, in addition is of inexpensive construction in terms of production and assembly technology and can be produced inexpensively, and, moreover, always operates robustly, reliably and insusceptible to disruptions, even under extreme use conditions.

  • Patent number: 8408566
Abstract: A subframe for a front axle of a motor vehicle is arranged on the floor side of the vehicle structure and is connected to a front axle transverse beam and to the vehicle body. The subframe substantially contains two longitudinal beams which are arranged in a divergent fashion in relation to one another and which are connected at the rear end—as viewed in relation to the direction of travel—to a plate-shaped stiffening element. The latter is held together with the longitudinal beams on a central tunnel of the vehicle structure by fastening devices, with it being possible for the free front ends of the longitudinal beams to be fastened to the front axle transverse beam by further fastening devices.

  • Patent number: 8409387
Abstract: A process for producing hollow fiber-reinforced components includes impregnating fibers with an impregnating material, preorienting the impregnated fibers, passing the pre-oriented fibers through a heated extrusion die to cure the impregnating material and to form a hollow profile and detaching segments from the hollow profile. The process further includes placing a separating film between the impregnated fibers at one position of the hollow profile prior to curing. The separating film prevents the fibers from bonding as the impregnating material is cured. A segment produced in this way is swung open at the position of the separating film. A subassembly is positioned inside the swung-open segment and then adjacent portions of the segment are permanently bonded together.

  • Patent number: 8405893
Abstract: A device for producing a reflection hologram by means of a master, which is formed by a substrate on which a saw-toothed shaped structure is formed by molding, mechanical or lithographical methods. The structure has a reflective finish, such that the desired surface is produced on the structure. The light of a laser light source is expanded by means of an optical device, thus enabling a beam having a predetermined beam width to be obtained. The beam radiates the master and is reflected by the structure at an angle ? in relation to the incident beam. Above the smooth surface arranged over the structure a photopolymer-film, containing a photo-sensitive layer that is disposed at a distance in relation to the structure, is arranged and the reflection hologram is produced in the photo-sensitive layer.
