Abstract: System and method for the reconstruction of cardiac electrical activation from cardiac electrical signals recorded by intracardiac catheters. The obtained signals are processed using a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to solve the dual signal problem. Visualization of the solution includes geometric information in such a way that the cardiac electrical activity can be identified and localized. The system and method are described as a preferential application for anti-arrhythmic therapies.

Abstract: Compositions and methods related to transgenic glyphosate/ALS inhibitor-tolerant soybean plants are provided. Specifically, soybean plants having a 3560.4.3.5 event which imparts tolerance to glyphosate and at least one ALS-inhibiting herbicide are provided. The soybean plant harboring the 3560.4.3.5 event at the recited chromosomal location comprises genomic/transgene junctions having at least the polynucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:10 and/or 11. The characterization of the genomic insertion site of the 3560.4.3.5 event provides for an enhanced breeding efficiency and enables the use of molecular markers to track the transgene insert in the breeding populations and progeny thereof. Various methods and compositions for the identification, detection, and use of the soybean 3560.4.3.5 events are provided. Methods and compositions for increasing yield are also provided.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an array. In one embodiment, a process for forming an electronic device includes the array, which includes electronic components, can include printing one or more layers as a series of segments onto a workpiece. In one embodiment, a process includes printing a layer onto the workpiece and at least one exposed portion of the chuck. In still another embodiment, a printing head is greater than 0.5 mm from the workpiece. In a further embodiment, “hybrid” printing can be used to help form a thicker layer having a relatively thinner width. In a further embodiment, processes can be used to reduce the likelihood of a stitching defect, nonuniformity of a layer across an array, or a combination thereof. A printing apparatus can be modified to achieve more flexibility in liquid compositions, temperatures or other conditions used in printing a layer.

Abstract: A method for producing a solar cell electrode, comprising the steps of: applying on at least part of a light-receiving surface of a semiconductor substrate a conductive paste comprising conductive component, glass frit, and resin binder, wherein the conductive component comprises silver particles and core-shell particles in which a metal selected from the group consisting of Pd, Ir, Pt, Ru, Ti, and Co is coated on a surface of silver or copper; and firing the conductive paste.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the product characteristics during the production of foodstuffs, which are attributable to the product groups raw and cooked sausages, pies, cooked meat products or the like, especially to obtain a spreadable or cuttable product. According to the invention, during the production of raw sausage usual starting materials are salted, mixed and coarsely pre-minced, however, not in a deep-frozen state. Then this mixture is subjected to a fermentation and acidification. According to the invention, a high-pressure treatment is performed subsequently so as to allow a protein coagulation and simultaneously inactivate microorganisms, while the mechanically separated raw meat materials remain separated. Then a fine mincing and a filling are performed. During the production of cooked sausage usual starting materials are used, however, are processed in a non-heated state, that is, salted, mixed and coarsely pre-minced.
