In another aspect, a vehicle seating system including the inertia lock apparatus is provided.
Abstract: A method for positioning a tool (24) on a tool chuck (20) employs a tool holding device (22, 50, 58), which includes a tool-accommodating area (32, 52, 66) for at least partly receiving the tool (24), a connecting area (26, 54 62) to be arranged on the tool chuck (20), and a positioning opening (48) through which a positioner (18) can be placed against the tool (24), which is located at least in part in the tool-accommodating area (32, 52, 66). The tool (24) is optically scanned to obtain a measurement. Subsequently, the tool holding device (22, 50, 58) is removed from the chuck (20), and the chuck is heated. Then, the tool (24), which is separated from the tool holding device (22, 50, 58), is shrink fitted in the chuck (20) at a position that is based on the measurement.

Abstract: A mould holding cross member (9) according to the invention comprises a support base (91) a suitable to compress the mould (S) and more projecting, in the mould closing direction, than the ends (90) with which the cross member is connected to the moving columns (6) of the press on which it is fitted. The base (91) is connected to the rest of the cross member by a narrow portion (99) which extends in the central area of the base and between the projections of the hinging areas (7, 8) of the double toggle of the press on the press bed (2), and substantially not outside those projections. In this way the pressures are more uniformly distributed on the mould (S). The present invention also concerns a press fitted with a cross member (9) as defined above.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to polyimide composites having dispersed in the polyimide base matrix, useful spinel crystal fillers wherein the composite has a visible-to-infrared light extinction coefficient between and including 0.05 and 0.60 microns?1. The composite polyimides formed therefrom are typically used to make circuits having fine electrically conductive pathways adjacent to the polyimide substrate. These fine electrically conductive pathways are typically formed on the substrate using an electro-less metal plating step. First, the surface of the polyimide composite is light activated, typically by using a laser beam, then the light activated portions are plated to form thin lines, or pathways, on the film's surface.

Abstract: A method and system for delivering advice to patients suffering from respiratory conditions based on changes in environment, such as weather or air quality changes. This system includes a patient specific model which uses input environmental data to predict changes in the patient's condition. The model is developed from an analysis of patient's responses to a variety of environmental triggers, and can be refined with time. The model can include only those specific triggers appropriate to a patient, can include the delay between the change in environment and change in condition of the patient, and can be run with data which is geographically localized to the patient's location. Conveniently the models can be run on personal devices held by the patients, such as mobile telephones, which are in communication with a server and/or a provider of environmental data.
