In one embodiment, a method of forming a multilayer structure comprises: providing a dielectric composition comprising paraelectric filler and polymer wherein the paraelectric filler has a dielectric constant between 50 and 150; applying the dielectric composition to a carrier film thus forming a multilayer film comprising a dielectric layer and carrier film layer; laminating the multilayer film to a circuitized core wherein the dielectric layer of the multilayer film is facing the circuitized core; and removing the carrier film layer from the dielectric layer prior to processing; applying a metallic layer to the dielectric layer wherein the circuitized core, dielectric layer and metallic layer form a planar capacitor; and processing the planar capacitor to form a multilayer structure.

    Abstract: Interpolymers of 1-99 mol % vinyl fluoride and 99-1 mol % of at least one highly fluorinated monomer such as tetrafluoroethylene are disclosed.     Abstract: A two-element f-? lens used for a micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) laser scanning unit includes a first lens and a second lens, the first lens is a biconvex lens and the second lens is a biconcave lens. At least one optical surface is aspherical surface in both main scanning direction and sub scanning direction, and satisfies special optical conditions. The two-element f-? lens corrects the nonlinear relationship between scanned angle and the time into the linear relationship between the image spot distances and the time. Meanwhile, the two-element f-? lens focuses the scan light to the target in the main scanning and sun scanning directions, such that the purpose of the scanning linearity effect and the high resolution scanning can be achieved.

The wet fluoropolymer resin is to produce a dry fluoropolymer resin and to decarboxylate the residual fluoroether carboxylic acid or salt to produce a vapor of fluoroether byproduct. The vapor of fluoroether byproduct is captured.
