  • Patent number: 11612876
Abstract: Primary, secondary (1°,2°) alkylethylenediamine- and alkylpropylenediamine-appended variants of metal-organic framework are provided for CO2 capture applications. Increasing the size of the alkyl group on the secondary amine enhances the stability to diamine volatilization from the metal sites. Two-step adsorption/desorption profiles are overcome by minimzing steric interactions between adjacent ammonium carbamate chains. For instance, the isoreticularly expanded framework Mg2(dotpdc) (dotpdc4?=4,4?-dioxido-[1,1?:4?,1?-terphenyl]-3,3?-dicarboxylate), yields diamine-appended adsorbents displaying a single CO2 adsorption step. Further, use of the isomeric framework Mg-IRMOF-74-II or Mg2(pc-dobpdc) (pc-dobpdc4?=3,3-dioxidobiphenyl-4,4-dicarboxylate, pc=para-carboxylate) also leads to a single CO2 adsorption step with bulky diamines.

  • Patent number: 11613810
Abstract: A film deposition apparatus includes a body formed with openings and cavity, a spray assembly, and a gas assembly. The spray assembly sprays a precursor stream into the cavity for forming a film on a substrate. The gas assembly injects one or more gases into the cavity through the openings to shape the precursor stream and improve directionality and utilization of the precursor stream. The film deposition apparatus can operate with one or more plasma generators to form a laminated film on the substrate. The laminated film may have three layers of film: a first film formed through reaction of a first precursor with plasma, a second film being a composite of the first precursor and a second precursor, and a third film formed through sonification of the second precursor on top of the second film. • Patent number: 11616420
Abstract: Provided is a free piston generator based on a split thermodynamic cycle, which belongs to the technical field of power energy. The present disclosure solves the problem of low power generation efficiency of an existing free piston generator. The free piston generator includes a linear generator set and two internal combustion engine sets arranged at two ends of the linear generator set. Air is first subjected to first-stage compression by the low-pressure cylinder set in the internal combustion engine sets and is then subjected to second-stage compression in the high-pressure cylinders, so that the intake pressure of an internal combustion engine is effectively increased, which is favorable for increasing the average effective pressure in a work process, thereby improving the thermal efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the free piston generator.
