Abstract: A method is provided for optimizing savings in financial accounts, including healthcare and retirement accounts for an employee and or participant. The method includes receiving information about the participant and financial accounts for which the participant is eligible to use and or using, and generating for the participant a savings hierarchy recommending the order and amounts to be contributed to the financial accounts from the participant's budgeted savings dollars. The method also includes determining generating the savings hierarchy for both full year and partial year activity by the participant. The method further includes transmitting the recommendations to the participant via data displayed as a graphical user interface with a graphical representation of the savings hierarchy to provide the participant with ease of understanding the recommendations for optimizing the budgeted savings dollars or selected contribution amount.

Abstract: Described are methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, for automatically updating a tag embedded in a webpage that summarizes a current version of the webpage. A first model representative of the current version of the webpage is extracted. The first model is compared with a second model corresponding to a previous version of the webpage to detect one or more changes to the webpage. If the changes exceed a threshold, at least one keyword is determined for to the current version of the webpage. The tag of the webpage can be updated to include the keyword.

Abstract: Forecasting financial market activity includes a host system and a graphical processing unit in data communication with the server. Forecasting financial market activity also includes a computer program product residing on the host system, the computer program product including instructions for causing the host system to send one or more financial models to the graphical processing unit; and a computer program product residing on the graphical processing unit for causing the graphical processing unit to: receive the financial models and a list of types of market data associated with each financial model; generate one or more engine instances; structure the received market data; receive instructions, from the host system, to run an identified financial model; clone at least part of the structured market data; run the engine instances; and generate, in real time, forecast data indicative of an expected market performance.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are described for dynamically generating a mobile application. A server receives a request from a mobile device to launch an application on the mobile device. The server generates a configuration file based on the launched application. The server transmits the configuration file to the mobile device for generation of a user interface of the launched application using the configuration file. The user interface includes a first display area using browser functionality of the mobile device to display one or more web page elements formatted by the server to appear as native to the mobile device. The user interface further includes a second display area having one or more interface elements that are native to an operating system of the mobile device.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are described for providing an integrated suite of cloud-based, hosted, and internal applications. A server receives from a client device a request to access a portal comprising a plurality of cloud-based, hosted, and internal applications. The server determines an identity of the user, and one or more applications of the plurality of applications available for access by the user. The server establishes a link with one or more computing devices hosting the one or more available applications for providing functionality of the available applications. The server authenticates the user automatically for each of the available applications, and translates communications between the server and each of the applications based on a mapping configuration. The server integrates the established links into a user interface that provide access to each of the available applications, and provides the integrated user interface to the client device.

Abstract: The SECTOR-BASED PORTFOLIO CONSTRUCTION PLATFORM APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“SPC”) transform user data request via SPC components into sector-based portfolio investment transaction records. In one implementation, the SPC may provide an electronic user interface (UI) (e.g., web-based, mobile, etc.) for a user to construct a sector-based investment portfolio, to obtain performance prediction for the portfolio's allocation strategies by performance back-testing of selected sector funds and indices.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, including receiving information indicative of a request to send an electronic communication to a recipient; executing by one or more computer systems one or more validation operations to determine whether the recipient is an intended recipient of the electronic communication by producing a validation score; determining, based on comparison of the validation score to a threshold value, that the recipient is an unintended recipient of the electronic communication; and when detecting the recipient as an unintended recipient, notifying the sender that the recipient is potentially an unintended recipient of the electronic communication prior to sending.

Abstract: A network monitoring system is provided that includes a plurality of tiers being arranged in a network having a plurality of hardware and software resources for executing a selective number of applications. The tiers include disparate technology stack formats. A platform resource receives monitoring information from the tiers in their respective disparate technology formats and stores the monitoring information where the monitoring information is normalized into a format that is universally recognized. An aggregation presentation module aggregates and analyzes the monitoring information from the platform resource to determine if there are any anomalies of the hardware and software resources, and formats the monitoring information to be presented as selected real-time performance analytics to a user.

Abstract: A system for monitoring a portable system external to an enterprise network is provided that includes a network monitoring system that monitors any changes to the network configuration of the portable system. If a change is detected the network monitoring system determines if the portable system is not currently connected to the enterprise network and has access to Internet so as to block access to the Internet until the portable system is properly connected to the enterprise network. An event logger receives notification from the network monitoring system and logs the status as to whether the portable system has Internet access.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are described for communication session transfer between a plurality of computing devices. A first computing device detects the presence of a second computing device in proximity to the first computing device, where the first computing device has established a first communication session with a remote computing device. The first computing device establishes a wireless connection to the second computing device. The first computing device receives, from the second computing device, information associated with the first communication session. The first computing device establishes a second communication session with the remote computing device using the received information, where the second communication session is established with the same state as the first communication session.

Abstract: System and method configured to provide an access management system configuration that provides the benefits of single sign-on while reducing internal hardware and administration maintenance costs. The system is reconfigured to provide an access control module that directs authentication network traffic such that access management agents are not required to be installed on the application server for each protected application. The system provides a redirection of a login request from the application server to an external security gateway that authenticates the user via policy and sends authenticated user credentials on a back channel to the access control module to obtain a session cookie which is redirected back to the user so the user can establish a session with the application. The solution reduces the plethora of agents to be maintained and upgraded in order to remain compatible with the evolving hosting software, reducing both hardware and administration maintenance costs.

A server computing device receives, from a first computing node in a plurality of computing nodes, a message for transmission to one or more other computing nodes, the message generated by the first computing node based upon application-specific instructions from a first application on the first computing node, where the plurality of computing nodes is defined as a virtual network at the server computing device and each computing node includes an ensemble module for communicating with the server. The server determines one or more other computing nodes in the virtual network to receive the message. The server transmits the message to the determined one or more other computing nodes, where each of the destination computing nodes formats the message into application-specific instructions for a second application on the determined node.

Abstract: A system and method configured to provide access to and management of information from a plurality of third party software development systems from a single application, where each software development system has a unique data module. Data is retrieved from third party software development tools and cached in a temporary repository to be merged and linked. Changes made are temporary until saved, at which point the changes are saved back to the software development system that originated the data. The system provides interactive manipulation and a consolidated view of merged data for more efficient management, collaboration and real-time editing without going into each individual software development system. This set up embraces and enhances the agile software development interaction while overcoming the software administration, management and maintenance issues of having a plurality of software development tools across a variety of project teams and locations, including geographically disperse locations.

The server computing device generates a list of one or more other registered investment advisors based upon the succession planning track assigned to the first registered investment advisor, where the list includes an identity for each of the one or more other registered investment advisors. The server computing device transmits the list to the first client computing device. The server computing device receives a selection of a second registered investment advisor from the list. The server computing device transmits a notification to a second client computing device associated with the second registered investment advisor.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for generating a funding and investment strategy associated with an underfunded pension plan. A computing device determines an amount of funding required to fund the pension plan to a predetermined liability limit, where the amount of funding required is adjusted. The computing device determines an amount of debt to incur based on the amount of funding required and determines a tax savings amount based on an interest rate associated with the amount of debt to incur. The computing device adjusts the amount of debt to incur based on the tax savings amount and contributes the incurred debt amount into the pension plan as a pension plan asset. The computing device generates a strategic plan for investing the contributed pension plan asset in long-duration bonds. The computing device acquires long-duration bonds that have characteristics consistent with the strategic plan.
