  • Patent number: 9124572
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for secure video conferencing. A server computing device receives a request to establish a video conference for a sensitive transaction from a first device associated with a user. The server authenticates the first device. The server establishes a conference between the first device and a second device of a second party to the sensitive transaction. The server transmits video images associated with cameras coupled to the first device to the second device, the images comprising a view of the user and an area surrounding the user. The server determines whether persons other than the user are present in the area surrounding the user. The server transmits an alert to the second device if persons other than the user are present, where the alert includes a prompt on the second device for the second party to confirm with the user whether the other persons are authorized.

  • Patent number: 9124695
Abstract: An interactive voice response system is provided that includes a voice response platform that receives incoming calls and provide an interactive voice response service to a calling party. A mobile application executes on a processor that issues a call to the voice response platform. The voice response platform determines whether or not the calling party is a mobile device. If the calling party is a mobile device, the voice response platform sends a translation of a voice menu back to the mobile device to be displayed as a visual (GUI) representation of a voice menu on the mobile device. The visual representation could also be stored on the mobile device to avoid the translation from the voice menu.

  • Patent number: 9106643
Abstract: Described herein are methods, systems, and computer program products for seamless interoperability between multiple computing nodes. A server computing device receives, from a first computing node in a plurality of computing nodes, a message for transmission to one or more other computing nodes, the message generated by the first computing node based upon application-specific instructions from a first application on the first computing node, where the plurality of computing nodes is defined as a virtual network at the server computing device and each computing node includes an ensemble module for communicating with the server. The server determines one or more other computing nodes in the virtual network to receive the message. The server transmits the message to the determined one or more other computing nodes, where each of the destination computing nodes formats the message into application-specific instructions for a second application on the determined node.

  • Patent number: 9092575
Abstract: Systems and method are provided for determining risk of product release failure in an environment where multiple independent releases come together into a shared environment. A risk factor for success or failure of a product release is based on release information input by a user and information input by other users regarding releases, the users typically on distinct development systems. The information from each distinct system is mapped (e.g., normalized and weighted) into a common schema. A risk index for the product release is determined. The risk index, risk factors, and/or associated information therewith, is presented to a user.
