Abstract: The invention allows at least one business process to execute in at least one application while the same is monitored the progress in non-intrusive manner. The various embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system to monitor the business transactions in process unaware systems non-intrusively. The activities occurring in a business process are set up using a business model. The events in the business process are identified based set of application data of a plurality of applications associated with the business process. The identified events are mapped to activities and the activities are mapped to process instances based on predefined mapping rules. Key performance indicators are set for each of the activities in the business process. At least one subsequent activity to be completed for the process instance is determined. An alert is created when KPI violation occurs with respect to the completed activity.

Abstract: A method of enhanced instant messaging in a communication network is provided. The method comprises instantiating an instant query message received from a message initiator as a message object. The method further comprises assigning a context identifier and a context queue to the message object based on a context of the message object. The message object is delegated to one or more users if a reply to the message object is not available in a database. Thereafter, one or more replies received for the message object are aggregated in the context queue of the message object and at least one reply is sent to the message initiator.

Abstract: A method & system for human interactive proof (HIP) is provided. A user is provided to respond a query linked to a logical captcha object or an analytical captcha object. Upon receiving inputs from the user, the correct information of the said captcha & the user's input is compared. If the user's input and the correct information of the captcha object matches then the user is authenticated as human, else the user is authenticated as not a human.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and computer program product for creating an ordered data structure for storing a plurality of data elements. The data elements to be stored are first arranged in an order. A plurality of keys is then generated for the ordered data elements such that the keys may be arranged in a sequence. Thereafter, one or more keys from the plurality of keys are associated with the ordered data elements such that the values of the keys maintain the requisite order among the ordered data elements. Finally, an ordered data structure is created for storing the ordered data elements along with the associated keys.

Abstract: A method for providing a segment based differentiated customer service solution. The method comprises a step of first receiving information about online status of a customer. The method includes providing one or more personalized offers based on the received information. Further, a remote financial advisor application for facilitating interaction between the customer and an advisor in an advisement session is invoked and financial analysis related to the purchase of one or more personalized offers is provided to the customer. The purchase of the personalized offer is then provisioned which comprises completing transaction details for the purchase. The method comprises the steps of instructing mobile switching center to remind user on reaching a predetermined location via transaction input; forwarding the transaction input to external short messaging entity via mobile switching center; processing and sending the transaction input to Location Services (LCS) Client to set up change of area event; determining if the change of area event is invoked and user equipment has entered the predetermined location; providing a report to external short messaging entity via LCS Client, if the change of area event is invoked; and directing external short messaging entity to invoke a reminder on user equipment via application server.

Abstract: A system and method for reporting change of area event is provided. The method comprises the steps of receiving a Location Service (LCS) request from an LCS Client to report a change of area event for a User Equipment (UE) for a predetermined location; obtaining an address of a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) associated with the predetermined location; establishing a connection with the MSC associated with the predetermined location; forwarding the LCS request to a Visited Gateway Mobile Location Center (VGMLC) associated with the MSC when the connection is established; checking whether a change of area event has occurred for the UE by monitoring location update of the UE at the MSC; forwarding a Subscriber Location Report (SLR) from the MSC to the VGMLC when the change of area event occurs for the UE; and sending a location update report from the Home Gateway Mobile Location Center (HGMLC) to the LCS Client.

Abstract: A system and method for forming application dependent dynamic data packet format in a wireless sensor network is provided. The system comprises one or more sensor nodes, wherein each sensor node comprises one or more sensors for sensing physical events. Each sensor is defined as an active or an inactive sensor based upon the application requirement. The system also comprises one or more processing units for converting the physical events sensed by the active sensors to corresponding sensed data in digital format and forming dynamic length data packets comprising the sensed data and a sensor identifier field for conveying the identities of the active sensors.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method, system and computer program product for generating an inclusivity index of an organization. The inclusivity index is generated for various groups of individuals employed by the organization. Various parameters associated with the organization are identified. Further, a relative weight is generated for the parameters. Thereafter, a primary feedback is received for various parameters by individuals associated with a group. Subsequently, a secondary feedback is generated for each parameter. The inclusivity index is then calculated on the basis of the secondary feedback and the relative weight.

Abstract: The invention describes a method, firmware, and computer program product for generating one or more One Time Passwords (OTPs) for one or more applications. The firmware embedded in a computational device receives one or more registration details corresponding to an application from a user. Thereafter, the firmware generates a Dynamic Information Number (DIN) based on at least one of the registration details and an application identifier (SIID). The user registers with the application with the DIN and at least one of the registration details. Further, the user may access the application using an OTP generated by the firmware based on the DIN and the application identifier.

Abstract: A method for communicating with one or more sensor nodes in a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) over a network is disclosed. The method includes initiating communication with the sensor nodes by sending messages to the server application using the instant messaging system. The server application formats the received messages and communicates to the sensor nodes and in turn also receives responses from the sensor nodes and communicates them back to the IM client. The method also includes steps for enabling a WSN messaging client to converse with an instant messaging client over the network during communication with the one or more sensor nodes in the WSN. The method further includes identifying the IM client the user has employed for communication and the corresponding IM protocol. Also, the method includes the step of configuring the WSN messaging client with the same IM protocol to enable communication.

Abstract: A method and system for determining a best price to rent a multimedia content being offered for viewing by at least one service provider to a plurality of users through a communication network is provided. The service provider offers the multimedia content to the plurality of users at a base price. The method includes receiving a first price from the user that he/she is willing to pay for the multimedia content. The first price is lesser than the base price. The method further includes calculating a number of commercials that need to be shown the user to recover a cost to show the multimedia content at the first price. Furthermore, the method includes calculating a best price that the service provider can offer to the user when the service provider does not have enough commercials to offer the multimedia content at the first price.

Abstract: A method and system for processing loan applications in a financial institution is provided. The method includes a step of receiving a first loan application from a first loan applicant. The first loan application includes personal information of the first loan applicant. Further, the method includes the step of determining a repayment score for the first loan applicant based on the personal information of the first loan applicant. The repayment score is calculated using a polynomial equation. The polynomial equation represents a relationship between personal information of a plurality of past loan applications and a plurality of past repayment scores. Abstract: A method for detecting occupancy status of a plurality of conference rooms in real time is provided. The method enables, firstly, monitoring a first output signal of a first sensor. Furthermore, the method enables correlating the comparison results to identify any uncertainty in detecting the occupancy. The wireless communication device communicates one or more messages wirelessly to a server through a test-bed. The test-bed is connected with the server and provides one or more testing parameters for the one or more messages. A tester, testing the application, assigns a probability to the one or more messages. Further, the tester assigns a probability to the one or more testing parameters. Thereafter, the messages are re-communicated between the server and wireless communication device through the test-bed. Subsequently, the one or more messages are identified by the test-bed and one or more wireless network conditions are emulated based on the probabilities assigned to the one or more messages and the one or more testing parameters.

Abstract: A method and system for calculating pipeline integrity business risk score for a pipeline network is provided. The method includes a step of first calculating a structural risk score, an operational risk score and a commercial risk score for each pipeline segment in a pipeline network. The method further includes calculating pipeline integrity business risk score for each pipeline segment. The structural risk score, operational risk score, commercial risk score and pipeline integrity business risk score for each pipeline segment is rolled-up to calculate the respective risk scores of a pipeline network. The rolled-up risk scores are calculated by computing weight factors for each pipeline segment, relative risk scores weight of each pipeline segment and relative risk scores contribution of each pipeline segment. The system of the invention comprises executable files, dynamic linked libraries and risk score computing modules configured to display the risk scores using a dashboard.

Abstract: A method for processing a message received by a client device over a mobile communication network is provided. The method enables, firstly, applying one or more predetermined rules on the message. The one or more predetermined rules facilitate modifying the message by removing unwanted words therefrom. Secondly, the method enables matching keywords in the modified message with keywords stored in a keyword database to extract context from the message. Finally, the method enables rendering the extracted context on a user interface screen of the client device. The extracted context is customizable by a user.
