  • Patent number: 11322190
Abstract: Disclosed is a magnetic device including a spin sinker. The magnetic device includes a storage medium, a spin sinker, and a read node. The storage medium receives an in-plane current from outside and generates a self-generated spin current that perpendicularly flows to a charge current, thereby controlling a data structure with the self-generated spin current. The spin sinker receives and attenuates the spin current. The read node measures a magnetoresistance of a data structure through the storage medium. The storage medium is made of a magnetic metal and the spin sinker is made of a magnetic insulating material.

  • Patent number: 11321954
Abstract: Some examples herein describe time-series recognition and analysis techniques with computer vision. In one example, a system can access an image depicting data lines representing time series datasets. The system can execute a clustering process to assign pixels in the image to pixel clusters. The system can generate image masks based on attributes of the pixel clusters, and identify a respective set of line segments defining the respective data line associated with each image mask. The system can determine pixel sets associated with the time series datasets based on the respective set of line segments associated with each image mask, and provide one or more pixel sets as input for a computing operation that processes the pixel sets and returns a processing result. The system may then display the processing result on a display device or perform another task based on the processing result.

  • Patent number: 11323963
Abstract: A long-range wireless network extends the battery life of the most remote end devices by forming pairs with a relayer end device that relays data from the remote end device to a gateway. The battery life of the relayer is reduced to extend the battery life of the remote end device. An analysis server selects pairs of end devices that have a difference in battery levels above a threshold, and require less transmission energy from the remote end device to the relayer than to the gateway. Energy or path losses are estimated based on geographic locations of end devices and terrain or obstacles. Redundant pairs from a remote end device are eliminated by selecting the relayer requiring the lowest transmission energy. A new configuration is sent to the remote end device. New configurations with higher Spreading Factors (SF) compensate for pairs with larger path losses to the relayer.

  • Patent number: 11320846
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a differential reference voltage buffer, including: a buffer stage, including at least a first transistor and a second transistor; a control circuit, connected with the buffer stage and forming a negative feedback structure for generating a differential reference voltage; a current compensation circuit for compensating a resistive load current of the control circuit; and a drive stage for generating an output differential reference voltage. The differential reference voltage is generated according to an external input reference voltage and a common mode input voltage. The common mode voltage can be set separately, so that the flexibility is high. The current generated by a resistive network in the control circuit is compensated by the current compensation circuit, so that the current of a follow device in the buffer stage is not influenced by the control circuit, thereby generating a differential reference voltage with high accuracy output.
