Abstract: A system for reconstructing a magnetic particle image based on adaptive optimization of regularization terms includes: a MPI device for scanning an imaging object to acquire a voltage response signal; a signal processor for constructing a system matrix; and a control processor for reconstructing the magnetic particle image based on an arbitrarily selected regularization term, inputting the reconstructed magnetic particle image to a regularization-term adaptive optimization neural network model for enhancement processing, taking the enhanced magnetic particle image as a first image, and calculating a loss value between the first image and an initial image to acquire a final reconstructed magnetic particle image. The system adopts a neural network model-based automatic learning approach, instead of the approach of manually selecting regularization terms and adjusting parameters, to improve the reconstruction efficiency and quality of the magnetic particle image.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for improving a localization estimate of a vehicle by leveraging localization estimates of surrounding vehicles. A vehicle may estimate its own location relative to a global reference frame. The vehicle may identify nearby vehicles. The vehicle may estimate the location of the nearby vehicles. The vehicle and nearby vehicles may generate and exchange localization packets containing information about the vehicles and the location estimates. The vehicle may refine its localization estimate based on received localization packets.

Abstract: A compound midazolam-D3 and its preparation method as it's synthesized from 7-chloro-5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one (Compound II), by ring closure reaction with ethyl isocyanoacetate, hydrolysis with base, ring-opening with acid, ring closure under high temperature, and reacted with trideuteromethyl reagent; the synthetic route has advantage of short synthetic route appropriate, accessible and affordable. The prepared midazolam-D3 has characteristic with high purity, high deuterium content and very good stability.

Abstract: A method for extracting and correcting a ringing component in a dynamic pressure measurement signal of a shock wave flow field includes: adaptively decomposing a dynamic pressure measurement signal of a shock wave flow field through an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method, and extracting a ringing component in the dynamic pressure measurement signal of the shock wave flow field; constructing a ringing component distortion correction model through a convolutional neural network (CNN) and a dataset through a staggered spanning dataset construction method; and predicting a time series of a segment with mode mixing in the ringing component, to accurately extract a ringing component in a dynamic pressure response signal. The method combines advantages of an adaptive signal decomposition method and a CNN model identification method.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: a novel chimeric antigen receptor containing, as an intracellular signaling domain, an intracellular domain of a receptor containing a dead region; and immune cells expressing the chimeric antigen receptor. In environments in which normal cells are present, the immune cells expressing the chimeric antigen receptor according to the present invention exhibit little or no cytotoxicity and cell death of the immune cells is exhibited, thus ensuring the stability of the normal cells. Conversely, in environments in which target cells are present, the immune cells exhibit more potent cytotoxicity than with conventional techniques utilizing a lone chimeric antigen receptor.
