Abstract: The present invention discloses a nanobody targeting IL-6R? protein and uses thereof, wherein the heavy chain variable region of the nanobody comprises three complementary determining regions, CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3, wherein CDR1 has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2, CDR2 has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3, and CDR3 has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 4. With high affinity to IL-6R? protein and high stability and water solubility, the nanobody can be used in the development of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of IL-6-mediated related diseases or conditions, as well as in the development of reagents or kits for the detection of IL-6R?, which can provide potentially highly effective antibodies for the study of IL-6-mediated related diseases, and provide new therapeutic strategies and targets for autoimmune diseases or tumors.

The encoding unit blocks are divided into sub-blocks. The sub-blocks are encoded by selectively using at least one of intra prediction encoding and inter prediction encoding. A decoding process is performed through a reverse process of the encoding method. When pixel values of an encoding unit block are encoded in video encoding, the flexibility in selecting an encoding mode is increased and the efficiency of encoding is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions, methods and kits for enhancing ribosomal activities in a host cell, especially improvement of the translation activity of heterologous ribosomes within a host cell. Abstract: The present invention relates to a metal-organic hybrid lattice material and the application in the detection of radiation sources. In the invention, a water-soluble thorium salt and 2,2?:6?,2?-terpyridine-4?-carboxylic acid are subjected to a solvothermal reaction in water and an organic mixed solvent to obtain a metal-organic hybrid lattice material. The crystalline material produces radiation-induced discoloration and photoluminescence change under ultraviolet light, X-ray, ?-ray, ?-ray, and so on. The material is useful for qualitative and quantitative detection and calibration after high-dose irradiation. Compared with the traditional radiation-induced color change indicator labels, the material achieves the visual qualitative and quantitative detection and has strong radiation stability, high reuse rate, wide detection range, and good linear relationship, to solve the problem of traditional materials relying on professional optical equipment to quantify the radiation dose.

Abstract: Disclosed are a transition metal chalcogenide thin-layer material, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises: uniformly spreading a transition metal source between two substrates to prepare a sandwich structure; performing a heat treatment on the sandwich structure to fuse and bond the two substrates together, and performing a chemical vapor deposition reaction on a chalcogen element source and the fused and bonded sandwich structure under the protection of a protective gas, wherein the transition metal source is heated to dissolve and diffuse at a reaction temperature, separated out from surfaces of the substrates, and reacts with the chalcogen element source. The prepared thin-layer material is uniformly distributed in a centimeter-level substrate.
