    Abstract: This invention provides a novel carrier for enzyme immobilization and an immobilized enzyme. The carrier for enzyme immobilization according to an embodiment comprises a porous material and cellulose that has an amino group-containing substituent at an anomeric position and is immobilized on the porous material. The immobilized enzyme contains the carrier for enzyme immobilization and an enzyme immobilization on the cellulose. The carrier for enzyme immobilization is obtained by adding an acid to an aqueous solution in which cellulose having an amino group-containing substituent at an anomeric position is dissolved in an aqueous alkaline solution to deposit the cellulose in the presence of a porous material. The immobilized enzyme is obtained by immobilizing an enzyme on the cellulose.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for protection against fretting fatigue by compound modification via laser shock peening and coating lubrication, where a group of micro-pits distributed into a regular array is firstly formed in a surface of a metal material by using laser shock peening, with a single micro-pit having a diameter of 1 to 10 mm and a depth of 1 to 20 ?m; and the micro-pits are then coated with a lubricant by coating preparation. Based on the micro-pit styling feature and surface residual compressive stress introducing feature of the laser shock peening, with compound modification by surface texturing via the laser shock peening and coating lubrication, the surface of the material can be reinforced by residual compressive stress, coating lubrication and surface micro-pit texturing with a synergistic effect, thus allowing for improved fretting fatigue behavior of the material.

    Abstract: A machine-learning-based monochromatic CT image reconstruction method is described for quantitative CT imaging. The neural network is configured to learn a nonlinear mapping function from a training data set to map a CT image, which is reconstructed from a single spectral current-integrating projection data set, to monochromatic projections at a pre-specified energy level, realizing monochromatic CT imaging and overcoming beam hardening. An apparatus, method and/or system are configured to determine, by a trained artificial neural network (ANN), a monochromatic projection data set based, at least in part, on a measured CT image. The measured CT image may be reconstructed based, at least in part, on measured projection data. The measured projection data may be polychromatic. The apparatus, method and/or system may be further configured to reconstruct a monochromatic CT image based, at least in part, on the monochromatic projection data set.

    Abstract: A flat-pressing manufacturing method of a bionic adhesive structure based on a micro through-hole nickel-based mold is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: preparing a nickel-based mold with a micro through-hole array; placing the nickel-based mold on an elastic pad in a magnetic mold closing system; coating a liquid prepolymer uniformly on a backing, and placing a side of the backing coated with the liquid prepolymer on the nickel-based mold, covering a sealing diaphragm on the backing to separate a cavity into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and performing a vacuum treatment on the lower chamber and an inflation treatment on the upper chamber to apply a uniform pressure on the backing layer and achieve a full filling of prepolymers with different viscosities; and after the filling is completed, curing and demolding to obtain the bionic adhesive structure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a high-speed regenerative comparator circuit, including: a signal input stage connected with an input terminal for differential signal input; a latch for caching and serving as a differential signal output terminal; a current source connected with the signal input stage for providing a power supply voltage; a fast path connected with the output terminal and used for increasing a voltage difference of the output terminal and turning on a positive feedback network of the latch; and a reset switch, including a first reset switch and a second reset switch. In the high-speed regenerative comparator circuit of the present disclosure, the transmission delay of the regenerative comparator circuit can be greatly reduced; and in a latch phase, a bias voltage is disconnected by means of timing control, and thus the power consumption of a comparator can be reduced.
