Abstract: An indirect hydraulic load hierarchical control system and method for a wave energy device includes a first hydraulic cylinder group, a second hydraulic cylinder group, a third hydraulic cylinder group, a high-pressure energy accumulator group, a pressure detection control module, a first hydraulic power generator set, a second hydraulic power generator set and a third hydraulic power generator set. A detection end of the pressure detection control module is used for acquiring an internal pressure of the high-pressure energy accumulator group, comparing the internal pressure with a preset pressure level, and respectively controlling the on-off of reversing valves and electromagnetic valves according to a comparison result. The present invention has the beneficial effects that all hydraulic loads can be automatically loaded or automatically unloaded, so that the wave energy device operates in a full load state or in an optimal energy conversion efficiency state.

Abstract: A full-color reversible switching device controlled by electrochemistry, and its preparation method and use are provided. The device controlled by electrochemistry includes a color-changing layer, an electrolyte and a counter electrode. The color-changing layer includes a substrate, a conductive layer and an active material layer. The active material layer and the conductive layer form a physical interference color. The electrolyte is connected to the conductive layer or the active material layer. When an electrochemical reaction occurs between the electrolyte and a surface of the conductive layer or the active material layer, the thickness of the active material layer changes. The device controlled by electrochemistry has rich tunable colors that can cover the entire color gamut, and can achieve reversible switching of colors at a small voltage.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for generating ultrasound at the tip of an intravascular catheter. This may be used for the treatment of vascular occlusions, including chronic total occlusions (CTOs) and thrombotic occlusions (e.g., deep vein thrombosis, stroke, myocardial infarction). For instance, the systems and methods may be used to induce cavitation to enhance the enzymatic degradation of a vascular occlusion. In some configurations, the approach employs a hollow cylindrical transducer, electrically stimulated in the radial direction at a frequency corresponding to the length mode excitation, thereby projecting ultrasound forwards past the catheter tip. This design overcomes electrical impedance issues for the generation of low frequencies with a smaller diameter transducer capable of negotiating a coronary artery. The hole within the transducer may accommodate a guidewire to facilitate its placement adjacent to the proximal portion of the occlusion.

Abstract: A method and device for simulating microstructure evolution of a material based on solution in an exponential time-difference format. The method includes: establishing a reaction rate theory model for substance defects, wherein the model is expressed with equations that comprise linear terms having coefficients characterized with matrixes; and iteratively solving the equations by using an exponential time-difference format, wherein during the iterative solving, the linear terms with exponential powers of the matrixes as the coefficients are integrated. Since a rate theory is not limited by spatial-temporal scales, the advantages of the rate theory can be significantly reflected when the microstructure evolution is simulated under a high damage dose condition; and then, the equations are solved by using the exponential time-difference format, with a solved result better in accuracy and higher in precision.
