    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a superlattice structure, an LED epitaxial structure, a display device, and a method for manufacturing the LED epitaxial structure. The superlattice structure includes at least two superlattice units which are grown in stacking layers. Each of the at least two superlattice units includes a first n-type GaN layer, a second n-type GaN layer, a first n-type GaInN layer, and a second n-type GaInN layer which are grown in stacking layers. The first n-type GaN layer has a doping concentration which is constant along a growth direction, the second n-type GaN layer has a doping concentration which gradually increases along the growth direction, the first n-type GaInN layer has a doping concentration which gradually decreases along the growth direction, and the second n-type GaInN layer has a doping concentration which is constant along the growth direction.

    Abstract: A method for producing light aromatics, includes the steps of: i) contacting a feedstock comprising heavy aromatic(s) with a catalyst in a fluidized reactor for aromatics lightening reaction in the presence of hydrogen to obtain a product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a spent catalyst, wherein the heavy aromatic is one or more selected from C9+ aromatics; ii) separating the resulted product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) to obtain hydrogen, a non-aromatic component, C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a C9+ aromatic component; and iii) recycling at least a part of the C9+ aromatic component to the fluidized reactor. The method has strong adaptability to feedstocks and high flexibility in operation and allows a long-period stable operation. The method can produce high-value light aromatics from heavy aromatics that are difficult to be treated and utilized.

The selected output devices may, upon activation, apply the directional stimulus from a same direction as the underlying directionality, in relation to the vehicle, of a potential safety hazard present in the vehicle's external environment. In this manner, the applied stimulus elicits an immediate rise in the vehicle operator's situational awareness, and also immediately informs her—based on the direction from which the stimulus is applied/received—of the directionality of the potential safety hazard within the vehicle's external environment.

According to this embodiment, it is possible to precisely control vapor bubble dynamics without generating the shockwave scattering effect by instantaneously controlling the acoustic pressure and the intensity of the focused ultrasound, and prevent damage to a tissue other than a lesion to be removed.
