Abstract: A gateway, system and method for multiple radio access technology service are provided. The gateway is between base stations and a core network, including a receiving module, determining module and processing module. The receiving module receives a packet from the base stations or the core network through a tunnel between the base stations and the core network. The determining module determines whether the packet has a virtual IP header. If the packet has a virtual IP header, the processing module deletes the virtual IP header and replaces it with a tunnel header to transmit the packet to the core network through the tunnel by the tunnel header. If the packet has no virtual IP header, the processing module forwards the packet to the core network through the tunnel. The disclosure enhances transmitting and processing performance of the packet when the packet is transmitted through only a single tunnel.

Abstract: A PET imaging agent is made, by at first, washing out fluoride ions (F-18) adhered on an ion exchange resin to a reaction vessel with potassium carbonate/Kryptofix 2.2.2 in acetonitrile-water. After processing the first azeotropic distillation with helium while water is removed, the temperature is cooled down. Then, acetonitrile is added to the reaction vessel to be heated up. After processing the second azeotropic distillation with helium while water is removed, the temperature is cooled down and excess water is extracted. A precursor is then added to the reaction vessel to be heated up for processing a fluorination reaction. The reaction mixture obtained after the fluorination reaction is cooled down to be flown through a solid-phase extraction column with waste drained into a waste tank. Then, ethanol is used to wash out a product, i.e. [F-18]FEONM, adsorbed by the column, to be collected in a collection vial.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of aligning a quadrate wafer in a first photolithography process. The method includes: step A: fabricating mask aligning markers in a periphery region of a mask, which is used for a first exposure process of the quadrate wafer, around a mask pattern of the mask; step B: during the first exposure process, positioning the quadrate wafer in a preset region by using the mask aligning markers on the mask, and exposing the quadrate wafer through the mask; and step C: performing alignment for the quadrate wafer during a second exposure process and subsequent exposure processes by using aligning markers on the quadrate wafer that are obtained during the first exposure process. The method may be easily and reliably performed to ensure intact dies at periphery of a quadrate wafer to be produced and thus render increased yield of chips.

Abstract: In a method for fabricating an embedded pattern using a transfer-based imprinting, an adhesive layer is formed on a substrate. The adhesive layer has a photo curable resin. A stamp having a protruded pattern is prepared. A thin-film layer is formed on an outer surface of the protruded pattern of the stamp. The stamp having the thin-film layer contact with the adhesive layer is pressed to selectively transfer the thin-film layer of the protruded pattern to the adhesive layer. Ultraviolet rays (UV) are irradiated to cure the adhesive layer. The stamp is removed.

Abstract: A security monitoring system for a Controller Area Network (CAN) comprises an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) operatively connected to the CAN bus. The ECU is programmed to classify a message read from the CAN bus as either normal or anomalous using an SVM-based classifier with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. The classifying includes computing a hyperplane curvature parameter ? of the RBF kernel as ?=ƒ(D) where ƒ( ) denotes a function and D denotes CAN bus message density as a function of time. In some such embodiments ?=ƒ(Var(D)) where Var(D) denotes the variance of the CAN bus message density as a function of time. The security monitoring system may be installed in a vehicle (e.g. automobile, truck, watercraft, aircraft) including a vehicle CAN bus, with the ECU operatively connected to the vehicle CAN bus to read messages communicated on the CAN bus.
