    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of architecture of Internet of Things, specifically to a semantics-based architectural model of Internet of Things. The present invention puts forward the architecture of the Internet of Things based on the study of semantic Web, sensor network, sensor Web, wherein the architecture is divided into 7 layers: physical layer, perception layer, gateway layer, data layer, semantic layer, service layer and application layer. By means of semantic processing of sensor data and building of sensor ontology, the architecture is capable of realizing automatic discovery of heterogeneous resources, enhancing the expression ability of data, achieving effective sharing, reuse, integration, and access to data, improveing interoperability of resources and accomplishing intellectualized service.

    Abstract: A digital material skin is made of a set of discrete units with a finite set of parts and joints. The discrete units are assembled into a layer according to a regular geometry, with each of the discrete units being reversibly connected to at least one other unit in the set. The reversibly connected set of units forms an exterior structure surface that is larger than the individual discrete units. Digital material skins may be used to construct any shape or interior volume, whether regular or amorphous. The skin surface may be enclosed or open.     Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel monoclonal antibody having high affinity and that strictly recognizes, as a sugar chain epitope, only a “Sia?2,6Gal?1,4GlcNAc (6?-Sialyl-LacNAc): CDw75” sugar chain structure, being a molecular target for diagnosis of the malignancy of tumors. An anti-CDw75 monoclonal antibody is provided that recognizes “CDw75” sugar chain structures but does not recognize similar sugar chain structures indicated by “Gal?1,4GlcNAc”, “Sia?2,3Gal?1,4GlcNAc”, or “Sia?2,6Gal?1,4Glc”, by using a glycolipid antigen bonding a carrier lipid compound “HOCH2CH (NH—CO—(CH2)22—CH3)—(CH2)9—CH3 (C12L)” developed by the inventors to a “CDw75” sugar chain. The obtained anti-CDw75 monoclonal antibody is an excellent detection drug for B-cell lymphoma, gastric cancer, or colorectal cancer, an excellent diagnostic agent for tumor malignancy, etc.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a GM1 gangliosidosis human cell model based on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and iPSCs originated neural progenitor cells, and a use of the GM1 model above for the development of a GM1 gangliosidosis treating agent. The iPSCs originated from GM1 patient fibroblasts can be differentiated into neural progenitor cells (NPCs) and neurosphere cells that can emulate the characteristics shown in GM1 patient, so that the said cells can be efficiently used for the investigation of intracellular GM1 symptoms such as the GM1 gangliosidosis and lysosome accumulation and the gene expression pattern change. So, the GM1 cell model of the present invention can be efficiently used for the study of GM1 development mechanism and the study for the development of a therapeutic agent for the disease.
