Abstract: A molding package assembly is provided, which includes a substrate and first and second molding packages stacked on the substrate. Each of the first and second molding packages has a semiconductor element, an anti-warping structure disposed around a periphery of the semiconductor element, a molding material encapsulating the semiconductor element and the anti-warping structure, and a protection layer formed on the semiconductor element, the molding material and the anti-warping structure. The anti-warping structure facilitates to prevent warping of the molding package assembly during a molding process.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for evaluating power transmission conductors is disclosed. Abstract: A voltage-step down rectifier topology suitable for integration on a die of an integrated circuit is described. In one embodiment, a switched capacitor rectifier is provided having an architecture such that an input voltage swing of the switched-capacitor rectifier is a factor N times an output voltage where N depends upon the number of stages such that the switched-capacitor rectifier can provide a ?/(2N) step-down voltage conversion ratio between an input fundamental ac peak voltage to the output dc voltage. Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for processing leaking carbon dioxide, which is provided to a transfer line composed of pipes connected from a carbon dioxide generation facility to a carbon dioxide reservoir to process the leakage of carbon dioxide, including: a box-shaped shield case provided to cover a connection part of the pipes constituting the transfer line to prevent carbon dioxide leaking from the connection part from diffusing; and a bypasser bypassing the carbon dioxide into the shield case to the outside of the shield and storing this carbon dioxide. The apparatus is advantageous in that the diffusion of the carbon dioxide leaking from the connection part of the transfer line is blocked by the shield case, and simultaneously is supplied to the collection tank and stored therein by the bypasser, thereby preventing the leaking carbon dioxide from diffusing.
