    Abstract: The present invention is inter alia directed to artificial nucleic acid constructs, preferably RNA, comprising at least one coding sequence encoding at least one transcription factor inhibitor for reducing or inhibiting the activity of a target transcription factor in a cell. A preferred transcription factor inhibitor according to the invention is a Runt-related transcription factor (RUNX) inhibitor, for example a RUNX trap comprising at least one amino acid sequence for binding a RUNX transcription factor and at least one amino acid sequence for capturing or trapping RUNX. Further provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the artificial nucleic acid, preferably formulated in polyethylene glycol/peptide polymers, polymeric carriers, or lipid-based carriers.     Abstract: A method for decoding a 360-degree image includes: receiving a bitstream obtained by encoding a 360-degree image; generating a prediction image by making reference to syntax information obtained from the received bitstream; combining the generated prediction image with a residual image obtained by dequantizing and inverse-transforming the bitstream, so as to obtain a decoded image; and reconstructing the decoded image into a 360-degree image according to a projection format. Here, generating the prediction image includes: checking, from the syntax information, prediction mode accuracy for a current block to be decoded; determining whether the checked prediction mode accuracy corresponds to most probable mode (MPM) information obtained from the syntax information; and when the checked prediction mode accuracy does not correspond to the MPM information, reconfiguring the MPM information according to the prediction mode accuracy for the current block.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of power electronics converters and discloses a grid-forming energy storage converter on/off-grid switching control method and system, where the method includes the following steps: S1: using a single-loop power control strategy in an off-grid state when an on-grid relay of target energy storage drops out; S2: using a parallel virtual impedance loop-based power control strategy in a transient on-grid state when the on-grid relay of target energy storage pulls in; and S3: using a cascaded dual-loop power control strategy with a virtual admittance voltage loop and an inner current loop when a stable on-grid state is established. The present invention solves the problems of large current impact and unstable switching process state in the existing working strategy for on/off-grid switching in the prior art.
