  • Publication number: 20220228474
Abstract: A flow field measurement device and a method for a scale model of a natural gas hydrate reservoir are provided. The measurement device includes non-central vertical well pressure sensors, non-central vertical well outlet valves, communicating vessel valves, differential pressure sensors, a communicating vessel, a central vertical well outlet valve, and a central vertical well pressure sensor. By providing differential pressure sensors, between a measuring point of the central vertical well and a measuring point of each of the non-central vertical wells, to measure pressure differences, the flow field measurement device enables a reasonable distribution of a three-dimensional space inside the reactor to analyze gas-liquid flow trends in the reactor with a simulated flow field. Determining whether to turn on the differential pressure sensors according to a predetermination based on a feedback from the pressure sensors, allows flow field measurements in the reactor under both high and low pressure differences.

Abstract: An intelligent separation device has gas explosion, stirring, drying and negative pressure adsorption devices. The gas explosion device receives conveyed peanut materials with red coats to be removed, and the materials are subjected to gas explosion, so that the peanut kernels and the peanut red coats are preliminarily separated. The stirring device shifts the preliminarily separated peanut kernels and peanut red coats into the drying device. The drying device compresses and heating external air, transfers heat through hot air, and heats and dries the preliminarily separated peanut kernels and peanut red coats, so that the peanut red coats and the peanut kernels are fully separated. The negative pressure adsorption device collects the fully separated peanut kernels and red coats with different densities and masses in a negative pressure adsorption mode.

  • Publication number: 20220227650
Abstract: An integrated boron removal and flocculation process for treating fracturing wastewater is disclosed. The process comprises: adjusting the pH of the fracturing flowback liquid to be treated to become alkaline and adding thereto an oxidant to carry out a reaction for a certain time period, so that the state of the boron present in the liquid is changed; and then adding a barium salt to the resulting reaction mixture to carry out a further reaction between the barium salt and the boron in the changed state to produce a precipitate. The stability of the flowback liquid is deteriorated by the addition of the oxidant. Suspended solids in the flowback liquid can be removed through adsorption, wrapping, and then settling by the action of the precipitate (a barium salt). The process integrates boron removal and flocculation and enables a boron removal rate of 80% or greater. The contents of the suspended solids and oil present in the fracturing flowback liquid after filtration each can be lowered to less than 5.
