The present invention is capable of producing a cyclometalated iridium complex with a high yield without by-production of a halogen-crosslinked iridium dimer. The plurality of samples may be evaluated based upon one or more stationarity criteria. The stationarity phase may be exited when the plurality of samples meets the one or more stationarity criteria. The method includes performing the registering by estimating a homography H for each frame of the sequence of images to project to a view point of a first frame in the sequence of images and remove motion of the ego vehicle in the projected image. The method also includes issuing a control signal to the vehicle upon classifying the projected image.

Preferably, the film composition further includes a precursor polymer and 45 to 65% by mass of tannic acid and 55 to 35% by mass of the precursor polymer. Preferably, the precursor polymer has a second linear hydrocarbon compound urethane-bonded to both ends of a first linear hydrocarbon compound, and more preferably a diisocyanate group having an oligoethyene glycol as a spacer. Preferably, the ratio of the urethane bonds contained in the precursor polymer to the hydroxyl groups contained in the tannic acid is (12:88) to (24:76) inclusive in terms of molar ratio.
