Abstract: The method of the present disclosure includes: obtaining an image to be processed and a question text corresponding to the image; using an optimized dialogue model to encode the image into an image vector and encode the question text into a question vector; generating a state vector based on the image vector and the question vector; decoding the state vector to obtain and output an answer text. A discriminator needs to be introduced in an optimization process of the optimized dialogue model. The dialogue model and the discriminator are alternately optimized until a value of a hybrid loss function of the dialogue model and a value of a loss function of the discriminator do not decrease or fall below a preset value, thereby accomplishing the optimization process.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile operating platform for a paddy field, including a body, a power generating device, a movement control system, a draft control system and an automatic leveling system, where the power generating device, the movement control system, the draft control system and the automatic leveling system are all mounted on the body. The present invention has a compact overall structure, and utilizes the pressure of a water flow to realize the movement of the platform, and can fully utilize the characteristics of the water flow to reduce power consumption, and avoid the use of a heavy and complicated traditional walking device, the entire mobile operating platform for a paddy field does not contact the ground, saving mechanical power and avoiding damage to an aquatic crop; the draft control system adjusts a draft by the amount of water filled in a closed cavity in the body.

Abstract: A Register Transfer Level (RTL) representation is recovered from a netlist representing an integrated circuit (IC). The netlist is converted to a graph comprising nodes belonging to a set of node types and edges connecting the nodes. The graph is converted to a standardized graph by replacing subgraphs of the graph with standardized subgraphs. An RTL representation of the standardized graph is generated by operations including building signal declarations in a hardware description language (HDL) from the wire nodes of the standardized graph and building signal assignments in the HDL from instance nodes of the standardized graph.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a method implemented in a cloud radio access network (C-RAN). The method includes transmitting channel state information (CSI) reference signals to plurality of user equipments (UEs). The method includes receiving a measured downlink (DL) CSI from each UE among the plurality of UEs. The DL CSI corresponds to a plurality of antenna ports associated with a set of remote radio heads (RRHs) in cluster. Further, the method includes estimating an uplink (UL) CSI for each UE antenna port. The UL CSI is estimated using a pre-defined pilot structure received from each UE. The DL CSI or UL CSI is defined with respect to BS and UE antenna port pair. Furthermore, the method includes deriving a calibration coefficient for each antenna port based on measured DL CSI and estimated UL CSI. The calibrated DL CSI is used to precoder the data using a linear or non-linear precoder.

The method still further includes transmitting a warning to a second agent when the probability is less than the threshold.
