  • Patent number: 11421277
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for predicting the risk of having the CLAD in a subject by measuring the expression level of TCL1A in a biological sample obtained from said subject. Inventors have used a large-scale gene expression profiling of whole blood cells to identify early biomarkers of BOS. Microarray experiments performed from 80 patients (40 stable (STA) and 40 BOS) identified 47 genes differentially expressed between STA and BOS recipients. An independent set of patients (13 STA, 11 BOS) was then used for external validation by qPCR. T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1A (TCL1A) gene was identified and validated as a predictive marker of BOS more than 6 months before diagnosis with area under curve of 0.77. Accordingly, the invention relates to a method for predicting the risk of having the chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) and to a method for preventing the risk of having CLAD by administering immunosuppressive drugs.

  • Patent number: 11422199
Abstract: A used battery is discharged for a short time from a first Open Circuit Voltage (OCV1) to a second OCV2 and the discharge current ?Q measured. OCV1 is input to a calibration curve model to obtain a first modeled State of Charge (SOC1) value, and OCV2 is input to the calibration curve model to obtain a second modeled SOC2 value. The State of Health (SOH) is calculated as ?Q/[Qnew×(SOC1?SOC2)], where Qnew is the battery capacity when new. The used battery is sorted for reuse or disposal based on the SOH value. The calibration curve model is obtained by Artificial Intelligence (AI) modeling of OCV, SOC datapoints from fully charging and discharging used batteries. Only OCV values within a target region having a low first derivative of SOC as a function of OCV are modeled, and OCV1 and OCV2 are within this target region.

  • Patent number: 11425094
Abstract: An abnormal packet detection apparatus and method are provided. The abnormal packet detection apparatus stores a whitelist corresponding to a protocol port, wherein the whitelist includes at least one legal packet record. Each legal packet record includes a legal packet length, a legal source address, and a legal variation position set, and corresponds to a reference packet. The abnormal packet detection apparatus determines that a current packet length and a current source address of a to-be-analyzed packet are respectively the same as the legal packet length and the legal source address of a reference packet record among the at least one legal packet record, determines a current variation position of the to-be-analyzed packet by comparing the to-be-analyzed packet with the reference packet corresponding to the reference packet record, and generates a detection result by comparing the current variation position with the legal variation position set of the reference packet record.

  • Patent number: 11423016
Abstract: Accordingly, embodiment herein disclose a method for handling block chain operation in a block chain system. The method includes parallelizing, by the block chain system, a block creation along with a consensus mechanism. The block creation along with the consensus mechanism includes parallelly combining a pre-computed state of a succeeding block (at height “k” greater than the current block, where “k” is a positive integer parameter chosen by the system designer) with transactions in a current block to obtain state to be stored in a next succeeding block (at height “k+1” greater than the current block) along with running a consensus protocol to finalize transactions to include in an immediate next block (at height one greater than the current block). Further, the method includes handling, by the block chain system, the block chain operation based on parallelizing. The method can be used for scaling up computation in blockchains.
