Abstract: A method of manufacturing a landscape edging apparatus is disclosed. Here, the method can include providing a pre-fabricated mold having a simulated masonry or stone configuration, positioning a plurality of tubular members onto the mold, and disposing an oil-based material into the mold. The method can further include disposing a first layer of a first polymer-based material into the mold, disposing one or more of a rock, grout, or sand-based material into the mold, and disposing a second layer of a second polymer-based material into the mold. The method can then further include the steps of curing the first and second layers within the mold into the landscape edging apparatus.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a system for detecting leaks comprising an accumulator, a flow controller in communication with the accumulator, and a flow meter/sensor in communication with the accumulator, the flow controller and a UUT. The flow meter is structured to supply gas from the accumulator to the UUT and measure a flow rate of the supplied gas, the flow meter providing feedback to the flow controller representing the flow rate, and the flow controller responding to the feedback by supplying flow compensation gas to the accumulator to maintain a desired pressure in the accumulator. Methods for detecting small leaks, especially with large units under test (“UUTs”), are also disclosed.

Abstract: An annular venturi burner assembly and Stirling engine. The annular venturi burner injects fuel into combustion air flowing axially through a port with an annular cross section. The fuel enters the annular cross-section from the outside diameter. The flow of air through the annular section creates suction that draws the fuel through the ports. A venturi bushing directs the flow of fuel to provide improved and more uniform mixing of fuel and air.

Abstract: A method for detecting malware beaconing in a network, the method includes capturing network traffic over a network connection at a network connected device, representing the network traffic over the network connection as a set of tuples wherein each of the tuples includes at least a source Internet Protocol address, a destination Internet Protocol address, and a destination port, associating timestamps with each of the set of tuples, and analyzing the tuples using the timestamps based on frequency of connections to determine malware beaconing on the network, wherein the analyzing is performed by a computing device.
Abstract: A mattress wherein a plurality of independent yarn based fire barrier fabrics encases a plurality of distinct and unattached interior core structures. The plurality of interior core structures include at least a detached and internally flippable upper comfort layer assembly with a plurality of non-homogeneous foams or filling materials encased in a yarn-based fire barrier fabric and a lower, interiorly disposed support core structure with resilient filling materials encased in a yarn-based fire barrier fabric and a fabric cover. The detachable and internally flippable upper comfort layer assembly may be contained in a user accessible compartment that is fashioned into an outer cover assembly.

Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of treating fibromyalgia, by administering a therapeutically-effective combination of an antiviral component and a COX-2 inhibitor component. The invention is further related to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a combination of a therapeutically-effective amount of the antiviral compound famciclovir and a therapeutically-effective amount of the COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib. The invention is also related to methods of treating functional somatic syndromes by administering a therapeutically-effective combination of famciclovir and celecoxib.
Abstract: A method of providing a house-banked side game that includes receiving a side bet in the side game associated with the base game from one or more players in the base game, the side bet corresponding to a side game having a payout triggering event associated with a group of community playing cards being the same as at least one preset combination of playing cards, dealing at least two of the playing cards to at least two of users participating in the base game, dealing at least three community playing cards to the group of community playing cards shared by a at least two users participating in the base game, comparing the first three community playing cards with the preset combination, awarding a payout to the players from which a side bet is received responsive to the payout triggering event, and maintaining the side bets thereafter.
Abstract: Embodiments include structural metal stud framing members with an improved web design. The structural metal stud framing member with the improved web design are referred to as an amplified metal stud member. Embodiments include a bracing structure and a stiffening structure to collectively increase the axial and lateral load capacity of the stud. In other words, embodiments increase the internal strength to weight ratio for both the overall axial and lateral load.

Abstract: Apparatus and corresponding method contemplating electrical raceway technology. A first segment has opposing first sidewalls and a first partition between the first sidewalls. A second segment has opposing second sidewalls and a second partition between the second sidewalls. The second segment is operably connected to the first segment so that the segments are selectively movable in relation to each other. The first sidewalls overlap the respective second sidewalls, and the partitions overlap at all selected movable positions of the segments, to define separate compartments in the raceway.
Abstract: An apparatus for performing a ground treatment, such as aeration or dethatching, is provided. The apparatus includes a base frame component to which a pair of angled side frame components are pivotally mounted. Each angled side frame can include first and second ends that are oriented to form a central angle. A first end of an angled side frame can be pivotally attached to a wheel and/or the base frame component, while the second end can include a mechanism for mounting a ground treatment component.
Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a combination of a therapeutically-effective amount of the antiviral compound valaciclovir and a therapeutically-effective amount of the COX-2 inhibitor meloxicam. The invention is further related to methods of treating functional somatic syndromes by administering a therapeutically-effective combination of valaciclovir and meloxicam.
Abstract: A simulated stone or masonry apparatus for landscape, lawn, or garden edging or siding is disclosed. More specifically, the simulated stone edging can be made of a durable polymer material, easy to install and remove using ground penetrating metal stakes, lightweight, weatherproof, cost-effective, and provide a visual appeal of actual stone work. In one embodiment, the landscape edging apparatus can including one or more guides, a first flexible material having a first side and a second side, wherein the first side further includes a textured faux stone surface, wherein the second side includes one or more receiving members, and wherein the receiving members are configured to receive the guides.
Abstract: A method for detecting malware beaconing in a network, the method includes capturing network traffic over a network connection at a network connected device, representing the network traffic over the network connection as a set of tuples wherein each of the tuples defines an OSI layer 4 communications session and includes at least a source Internet Protocol address, a destination Internet Protocol address, and a destination port, associating timestamps with each of the set of tuples, and analyzing the tuples using the timestamps based on frequency of connections to determine malware beaconing on the network, wherein the analyzing is performed by a computing device.
