  • Patent number: 7513272
Abstract: A solenoid valve comprises a solenoid portion 10 and a valve portion 20. The solenoid portion 10 is constructed by a stator core 12, an electromagnetic coil 14 and a plunger 15. The valve portion 20 is constructed by a valve sleeve 21 and a spool 25 axially forming plural lands 26a-26c in series. The plunger 15 is axially moved by electromagnetic attraction and drives the spool 25. There are formed the same pressurized areas at the plunger 15 and the land of the spool 25 closest to the plunger 15. Therefore, the volume in an intermediate space B between the plunger 15 and the spool 25 is constant and contaminants in the oil are not sucked into the intermediate space B.

  • Publication number: 20090079373
Abstract: A current sensor of a motor controller detects the current applied to a motor drive circuit and thus a phase where a failure cannot be detected would occur without taking any measures. However, an abnormal current monitor section contained in a microcomputer receives a voltage signal of an average value of the currents detected in the current sensor by allowing a signal to pass through a first LPF having a cutoff frequency sufficiently lower than the frequency of a PWM signal. Therefore, whether or not the value is within a predetermined normal range is checked, whereby whether or not some failure containing a failure of the current sensor occurs can be easily determined about every phase.

  • Publication number: 20090079375
Abstract: A microcomputer 18 includes a current restriction value calculation section 31 and a current restriction section 32. The current restriction value calculation section 31 calculates a motor current value corresponding to a maximum power supply current value, which has been set in advance. The current restriction value calculation section 31 then converts the motor electric current into a q-axis current value Iq and outputs the converted value as a current restriction value Iq_max. The current restriction section 32 restricts a q-axis current command value Iq* provided by a current command calculation section 23 to a value less than or equal to the current restriction value Iq_max. The current restriction section 32 then provides the restricted q-axis current command value Iq** to a motor control signal generation section 24.

  • Publication number: 20090079371
Abstract: A signal generating section includes a second calculating section that corrects phase resistance. The calculating section stores resistance values of phases that have been measured in advance and a reference resistance value. The calculating section calculates correction components, which cancel a voltage drop term of a voltage equation of a d-q coordinate system changing depending on the rotation angle of the motor, based on the stored resistance values and the reference resistance value. The signal generating section superimposes the correction component and the correction component on a d-axis voltage command value and a q-axis voltage command value, respectively. The d-axis voltage command value and the q-axis voltage command value are thus corrected in such a manner as to suppress a torque ripple caused by difference among the resistance values of the phases.
