Patent number: 7461996Abstract: An erroneous assembling preventing tool for a universal joint prevents a shaft from being fixed to a cylindrical section of a yoke main body of the universal joint by fastening a bolt in a state where the shaft is not inserted into a normal position of an axial direction of the cylindrical section. The erroneous assembling preventing tool comprises a fixing section fixed to the yoke main body, a prevention section arranged between first and second tabs of the yoke main body, and a driving section for driving a prevention section. The prevention section is displaceable to a prevention position at which an end of the bolt can be prevented from being inserted through a screw hole of the second tab of the yoke and a prevention release position. The driving section displaces the prevention section to the prevention release position when it is pressed by an end of the shaft inserted into the normal position of the axial direction of the cylindrical section.Type: GrantFiled: February 17, 2006Date of Patent: December 9, 2008Assignees: Jtekt Corporation, Koyo Machine Industries Co., Ltd., Togo Seisakusyo CorporationInventors: Shigetaka Kinme, Mitsuharu Ozaki, Katsutoshi Nishizaki, Akio Kobayashi, Takehiko Ozawa

Publication number: 20080297958Abstract: When a failure of an electric current flow occurs in any one of phases, a microcomputer calculates a d-axis current command value that changes along a tangent curve with predetermined rotation angles as asymptotic lines. The microcomputer continuously outputs a motor control signal using two phases other than the phase with the failed electric current as electric current flowing phases by performing current feedback control in correspondence with the d-axis current command value. In such two-phase drive operation, the microcomputer calculates the d-axis current command value and a q-axis current command value in such a manner that the phase current values of the electric current flowing phases become constant at respective maximum values of flowable electric currents, which are set for the phases, in rotation angle restriction ranges in which the phase current values need to be restricted in correspondence with the maximum values, or electric current restriction ranges.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 28, 2008Publication date: December 4, 2008Applicant: JTEKT CorporationInventor: Hiroshi SUZUKI

Publication number: 20080300075Abstract: A oil supply system is provided for the CVT of an automobile, and includes: a variable-transmission hydraulic controller, which employs hydraulic oil to adjust the actual gear ratio until the actual and the target gear ratios match; and a CVT controller, which transmits operation instructions to the variable-transmission hydraulic controller. The variable-transmission hydraulic controller includes a motor-driven oil pump, driven by an electric motor, for supplying hydraulic oil to the CVT. Based on an operation instruction transmitted by the CVT controller, the electric motor is rotated either forward to increase the pressure of hydraulic oil to be supplied to the CVT, or rearward to reduce the pressure, so that the pressure of the hydraulic oil can be adjusted to obtain a required pressure value that is consonant with the operating state of the automobile.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 22, 2008Publication date: December 4, 2008Applicant: JTEKT CorporationInventor: Koudi Yoshinami

Publication number: 20080296085Abstract: A microcomputer 17 (signal generating section 24) includes an attenuating section 31, which attenuates a specific frequency component included in an input signal. The attenuating section 31 receives a d-axis current value Id and a q-axis current value Iq, which are actual currents supplied to a motor 12. The attenuating section 31 receives a rotational angular velocity we of the motor 12. The attenuating section 31 changes the specific frequency component to be attenuated based on the input rotational angular velocity we. Then, the microcomputer 17 executes current feedback control for feeding power to the motor 12 based on the d-axis current value Id? and the q-axis current value Iq? that have been attenuated.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 3, 2008Publication date: December 4, 2008Applicant: JTEKT CorporationInventor: Hiroshi SUZUKI

Publication number: 20080290826Abstract: A motor controller stores values corresponding to predetermined equivalent resistance which corresponds to power loss generated by switching on and off switching elements. Voltage command values are determined by adding voltage drop values determined from values corresponding to the equivalent resistance and values of current flowing in the switching elements to target applied voltage values corresponding to current command values which correspond to target output of a motor. Publication number: 20080292469Abstract: If the ambient temperature of a pressure volute measured by a temperature sensor exceeds 0° C., a compressor is instantly started at normal operation. If the temperature of the pressure volute measured by the temperature sensor is 0° C. or lower, there is a possibility that a rotary vane may be adhered to the pressure volute due to a congelation. Therefore, vibration along the axial direction is given to the rotary shaft by way of an axial magnetic bearing. If the vibration amplitude of the thus given vibration exceeds a predetermined value, the compressor is started at normal operation after idle operation. On the other hand, if the vibration amplitude is lower than a predetermined value, it is determined that the thus given vibration is unable to eliminate the adhesion of the rotary vane due to the congelation, and the heater is actuated to heat the pressure volute only for a predetermined time. Thereafter, the ambient temperature is detected again, and if the ambient temperature exceeds 0° C.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 21, 2008Publication date: November 27, 2008Applicant: JTEKT CorporationInventors: Manabu TANIGUCHI, Hirochika Ueyama, Yasukata Miyagawa
