  • Publication number: 20080084031
Abstract: A pulser ring and a second seal ring are separately formed. When a multipolar magnetic rotor of the pulser ring is bonded to an outer circumferential face of an outer cylindrical portion of an annular core portion, the multipolar magnetic rotor is opposed to a magnetic sensor in the radial direction. Due to the above structure, the multipolar magnetic rotor can be strongly supported by an outer cylindrical portion of the annular core portion. Therefore, even when a rotary centrifugal force is given to the multipolar magnetic rotor, it can not be swung in the radial direction. Accordingly, an interval of the multipolar magnetic rotor and the magnetic sensor in the radial direction, which are opposed to each other, can be maintained constant irrespective of an intensity of the centrifugal force.

  • Patent number: 7353926
Abstract: A one-way clutch integrated with a rolling bearing includes rolling elements and sprags which are arranged in an annular space between an inner race and an outer race. In each of the inner and outer races, a one-way clutch raceway surface is formed in one axial side of a rolling bearing raceway surface. The rolling elements and the sprags make contact with respective raceway surfaces and are respectively housed in circumferentially spaced pockets formed in a common cage configured by mutually engaging and integrating two annular members in an axial direction. An associated peripheral side of each of the sprags contacts a surface of either a shaft fitted to an inner peripheral face of the inner race or a housing to which an outer peripheral face of the outer race is fitted.

  • Patent number: 7353616
Abstract: A shape measuring instrument is provided as being capable of measuring a surface shape of a target with a small contact force while changing the contact force. A measuring probe 32 is supported while a tilt ? is provided. A retracting force of the measuring force 32 is produced by the tilt ?, and thus, is obtained as mgsig ? which is much small as compared with a self weight “m”. On the other hand, biasing is provided with an extruding force Fc by means of an air cylinder 40. Thus, a contact force of the measuring probe 32 relevant to a work piece W is obtained as a difference between a measuring probe self weight tilt component mgsig? and the extruding force Fc of the air cylinder 40 (F=Fc?mgsig?), thus making it possible to reduce a contact force to be very small.

  • Patent number: 7354253
Abstract: An oil pump includes: a rotor 3 for actuating a pump action to suck oil in a suction passage 24 from a suction port 27 to supply oil to a delivery passage by way of a delivery port 19; and a flow control valve for returning an excessive oil from the delivery passage to the suction passage 24 as a returning flow of oil by way of a bypass passage 29 when a flow amount of oil is excessive in the delivery passage. A corrosion-proof member 9 having corrosion resistance is disposed at the position which faces to the returning flow of oil in the inner wall surface of at least one of the suction passage 24 and the bypass passage 29. The corrosion-proof member 9 has a discontinuous shape (for example a V-shape or a U-shape) in a circumferrencial direction of center line P1 in a cross section which intersects the center line P1 at right angles.

  • Publication number: 20080082212
Abstract: While a microcomputer 100A is executing a self-diagnosis (A), second diagnosis pulse output means 110B of a B-system microcomputer 100B is not used utterly. Further, during this time, the B-system microcomputer 100B does not execute a processing relating to at least the self-diagnosis (A) utterly. By shifting the timings for the A-system and the B-system to output the diagnosis pulses, independencies can be secured between respective diagnosis processing (self-diagnoses (A) and (B)). Thus, the independencies between the A-system and the B-system can be verified briefly by the self-diagnosis (A) on the A-system side. Further, first diagnosis pulse group are outputted parallel and simultaneously from first diagnosis pulse output means 110A. Thus, since cyclic control is not required for respective external input devices, it can be done to verify the independencies between the A-system and the B-system within a short period of time.

  • Publication number: 20080078622
Abstract: A cam mechanism is provided with a forward rotation plate and a reverse rotation plate. The respective plates are urged by the respective coil springs in the directions opposite to each other. When the number of rotations of the front wheels becomes great relative to the number of rotations of the rear wheels, the forward rotation plate rotates. Thus, a main cam which is urged by the respective coil springs toward the neutral position rotates together with the forward rotation plate when the forward rotation plate rotates. When the number of rotations of the rear wheels becomes great relative to the number of rotations of the front wheels, the reverse rotation plate rotates. Thus, the main cam which is urged by the respective coil springs toward the neutral position rotates together with the reverse rotation plate when the reverse rotation plate rotates.

  • Publication number: 20080076339
Abstract: In a coolant supply apparatus for a grinding machine, a wheel unbalance prevention device is operated within the period from the switching to the closed state of a shut-off valve which is provided on a conduit connecting a coolant supply to a coolant nozzle, to the rotation stop of the grinding wheel and prevents the coolant remaining in a part of the conduit on the downstream side of the shut-off valve and in the coolant nozzle, from dropping on the grinding surface of the grinding wheel during the rotation stop of the grinding wheel. Thus, it can be prevented that the coolant locally penetrates into the grinding wheel to put the same out of balance.

  • Publication number: 20080073854
Abstract: A seal cover includes a cylindrical part which is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of an axle, a flange part which is opposed to an end surface in an axial direction of a housing, interposing a small clearance, and a deflector part which is opposed to an outer peripheral surface of the housing, interposing a small clearance. A passage through which muddy water or the like arrives at an annular clearance from an exterior of a vehicle can be formed of the small clearances, and the passage can be made long. Because an overlapping amount between the deflector part and the outer peripheral surface of the housing can be secured, the muddy water or the like which has been splashed by a wheel and flowing from an outer peripheral side of the housing to an inner peripheral side can be made difficult to intrude into a space.
