The current processing module converts the driving current into a sensing voltage. The feedback module compares the sensing voltage with a reference voltage and outputs a level signal according to a magnitude relationship of the sensing voltage and the reference voltage. The controller module outputs a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to the power converting module according to the level signal. The power converting module controls the magnitude of the driving current according to the PWM signal.

A first solution is formed by dissolving potassium fluoride (KF) and either K2MnF6 or KMnO4 in a hydrofluoric acid solution. A second solution is formed by mixing a surfactant and a silane. The first solution and the second solution are mixed to form a precipitate. The precipitate is collected after the first solution and the second solution are mixed. The present invention also provides a fluoride phosphor represented by the following formula: K2[SiF6]:Mn4+. The fluoride phosphor has a particle size in a range of about 1 ?m to about 10 ?m. The present invention further provides a light-emitting apparatus and backlight module employing the same.

The reflective layer is disposed on the P-type semiconductor layer. The barrier layer is disposed on the reflective layer, and the area of the barrier layer is smaller than that of the reflective layer therefore the reflective layer is exposed from the barrier layer. The passivation layer is disposed on the barrier layer and partially fills in the openings. The electrical contact layer disposed on the passivation layer partially penetrates through the passivation layer to contact the exposed part of the N-type semiconductor layer.

Then, the temporary substrate and the first transparent substrate are bonded together, such that each of the first, second and third LED chips is correspondingly mounted in each of the first sub-pixels, the second sub-pixels and the third sub-pixels. After that, the temporary substrate is removed. A LED display manufactured by said method is also provided.

When the driving signal is switched from the first states to the second states, the dimming signal is changed by the first dimming circuit so that the luminance of the LED device is adjusted from the first luminance to the second luminance. The second dimming circuit adjusts the input signal according to the control signal so that the dimming signal is adjusted and the luminance of the LED device is between the first luminance and minimum luminance, or between the second luminance and minimum luminance.
