Abstract: A computing device is provided, including a magnetic data storage tape, a processor, and non-volatile memory operatively coupled to the processor. The non-volatile memory may store instructions executable by the processor to receive a plurality of data files including respective media placement metadata. The instructions may be further executable, for each data file of the plurality of data files, to determine a media placement score based on the media placement metadata of that data file. The instructions may be further executable to determine an order for the plurality of data files based on the respective media placement scores of the data files. The instructions may be further executable to write the plurality of data files to the magnetic data storage tape such that the plurality of data files have the determined order on the magnetic data storage tape.

Abstract: An electrical power restoration system for a circuit assembly having a circuit breaker, an electrical load and a circuit conditioner, includes a circuit controller that is positioned along the circuit assembly between the circuit breaker and the electrical load. The circuit controller is electrically connected to and selectively controls activation and/or deactivation of the circuit conditioner. The circuit conditioner is positioned along the circuit assembly between the circuit controller and the electrical load. The electrical power restoration system can further include a first hot conductor that selectively conducts AC power from the circuit breaker to the circuit controller. The circuit controller monitors a current passing through the first hot conductor to determine whether the current passing through the first hot conductor is at or above a predetermined threshold level.

Abstract: A method for filtering data packets at a firewall system is disclosed that includes receiving a data packet having a plurality of fields at a processor. Determining with the processor whether a precondition exists for one or more of the plurality of fields, where an action is associated with the precondition. Performing the action associated with the precondition on the data packet with the processor if it is determined that the precondition exists for one or more of the plurality of fields. Processing the data packet using a plurality of rules with the processor if it is determined that the precondition does not exist for the one or more of the plurality of fields.
Abstract: Display packages include a packaging including a cavity for holding an item, and a trap seal card including a first opening. The trap seal card retains the packaging such that the item held within the cavity is visible to a consumer through the first opening, and a portion of the packaging protrudes through the first opening. The trap seal card includes a front panel integral with a back panel. The packaging is between the front panel and the back panel. Blanks for the trap seal card include the back panel or the front panel having a first length and a second length less than the first length. The first and second lengths extend in a perpendicular direction to a first fold line. Blanks for the display box include a tab detachable from a remaining portion of the back panel when the back panel is separated along a ninth fold line.

Abstract: An ablation probe comprising an elongate body extending a length along a longitudinal axis from a first end to a second end, the first end extending into a housing and the second end comprising an ablation probe tip configured for insertion into a biopsy tract in a patient. In example forms, the elongate body of the ablation probe can be inserted into a patient through an existing trocar needle or biopsy access cannula following completion of a biopsy. In other example forms, the elongate body of the ablation probe defines a lumen. In one example form, the lumen contains a wire for heating the ablation probe tip, which may be composed of graphite, a resistive metal, or another electrically-resistive material. In another example form, the lumen additionally contains a thermocouple or other temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the ablation probe tip.

Abstract: The present invention provides a tillage point having a ground engaging structure configured to adjust with respect to the ground so that the tillage point can flexibly adapt to various field conditions. The ground engaging structure can comprise wings for increasing soil fracture below the ground surface and/or a cover board for moving soil along the ground surface. The ground engaging structure can variably adjust using an actuator, such as a hydraulic cylinder, connected to linkage which can move the ground engaging structure through multiple angles about a pivot point during tillage operations. In addition, a controller can adjust the actuator to maintain an angle of the ground engaging structure according to a location on a prescription map.
Abstract: A method for determining and responding in real-time to an increased risk of death relating to a patient with epilepsy is provided. The method includes receiving cardiac data and determining a cardiac index based upon the cardiac data. The method includes determining an increased risk of death associated with epilepsy if the indices are extreme, issuing a warning of the increased risk of death and logging information related to the increased risk of death. Also presented is a second method for determining and responding in real-time to an increased risk of death relating to a patient with epilepsy comprising receiving at least one of arousal data, responsiveness data or awareness data and determining an arousal index, a responsiveness index or an awareness index, where the indices are based on arousal data, responsiveness data or awareness data respectively.
Abstract: There is disclosed a process for producing alkali taurinate by the ammonolysis of alkali ditaurinate, alkali tritaurinate, or a solution of alkali ditaurinate and alkali tritaurinate in the presence of one or more catalysts. The ammonolysis reaction is catalyzed by alkali salts of hydroxide, sulfate, sulfite, phosphate, or carbonate.
