Abstract: An ozone laundry system that injects ozone into the chemical injection system in order to allow the system to inject ozone as other cleaning chemicals are injected into the washer. This allows ozone to be injected through the wash cycle rather than just during the initial fill phase and additional avoids the expense and maintenance of adding ozone recirculation plumping to an ozone laundry system. Accordingly, ozone levels may be maintained at superior levels throughout the wash cycle.
Abstract: An isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer having a particular structure is disclosed. A method of preparing the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer is also disclosed, the method comprising reacting a polyether compound and an organosilicon compound to give the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer. A silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer formed therewith, as well as a method of preparing the silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer, are also disclosed. Sealants comprising the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer and/or the silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer are further disclosed.

Abstract: A matched array technology system and method for displaying in a two-dimensional array the structured interaction between airspeed and angle of attack of an aircraft during various stages of flight. Proxy values of airspeed and angle of attack are defined and scaled so the axes of the array contain corresponding indicators resulting in a “matched array” and an embedded, unique “alignment vector” of cells where the underlying airspeed and angle of attack combinations are consistent with controlled flight. For example, the vacuum may create suction to cause an optical device under test to be mechanically secured on a top surface of the upper transparent chuck. The testing device may further comprise a photodetector disposed below the lower transparent chuck to detect light that travels through the upper transparent chuck and the lower transparent chuck when one or more probes complete an electrical path that causes the optical device under test to emit the light.
Abstract: A method of forming a water resistant boundary on a fissile material for use in a water cooled nuclear reactor is described. The method comprises coating the fissile material, such as a pellet of U3Si2 and/or the grain boundaries, to a desired thickness with a suitable coating material, such as atomic layer deposition or a thermal spray process. The coating material may be any non-reactive material with a solubility at least as low as that of UO2. Exemplary coating materials include ZrSiO4, FeCrAl, Cr, Zr, Al—Cr, CrAl, ZrO2, CeO2, TiO2, SiO2, UO2, ZrB2, Na2O—B2O3—SiO2—Al2O3 glass, Al2O3, Cr2O3, carbon, and SiC, and combinations thereof. The water resistant layer may be overlayed with a burnable absorber layer, such as ZrB2 or B2O3—SiO2 glass.
Abstract: A quadcopter has a fuselage and four rotors, each defining a thrust vector. An onboard camera system includes a gimbal with a roll axis and a pitch axis. Right side motors are mounted with a dihedral angle so that their respective thrust vectors intersect at a common focal point located above the fuselage. Left side motors are mounted with a dihedral angle so that their respective thrust vectors intersect at a common focal point located above the fuselage. The tilted thrust vectors provide yaw stability which allows flight yaw control to be used as yaw control of the onboard camera.
