Abstract: A tilt wall comprising a sealed abutment joint between two concrete wall panels comprising a first wall panel, a dual gasket assembly, and a second wall panel, wherein the dual gasket assembly comprises an interior gasket, a support coupling, and a weather gasket, with the support coupling attached to a first edge face of the first wall panel by the metallic channel, wherein the first and second wall panels are aligned adjacent to one another in the same plane, with the support coupling positioned between the first edge face of the first wall panel and a second edge face of the second wall panel, the second edge face of the second wall panel positioned relative to the first wall panel a desired distance proximate the first edge face to form a desired breadth of the abutment joint between the edge faces; and the interior gasket and the outer weather gasket in contact with and compressed against both the first and second edge faces to seal the abutment joint between the edge faces.
Abstract: Various aspects of this disclosure relate to a layered polymer substrate with electrodes and conductive ink embedded in the substrate. In some embodiments, a prosthetic liner may be bonded onto the polymer substrate. The substrate may include an interconnect coupled to the electrodes via the conductive ink. The system may include a controller (e.g., an electrode controller) in communication with the electrodes via the conductive ink. The electrodes may be activated such that they may stimulate nerve fibers in a user's residual limb.

Abstract: A method includes an object owner computing entity issuing a digital record representing a contingent asset to a marketplace computing entity that identifies an asset authenticity computing entity. Abstract: Techniques are disclosed that enable training a global model using gradients provided to a remote system by a set of client devices during a reporting window, where each client device randomly determines a reporting time in the reporting window to provide the gradient to the remote system. Various implementations include each client device determining a corresponding gradient by processing data using a local model stored locally at the client device, where the local model corresponds to the global model.

Abstract: A method for constructing a seawall section includes coupling an end of a substantially-waterproof barrier member to a footing. A concrete form is mounted to the footing such that a top end of the form is higher than an exposed upper surface of the footing. The concrete form defines at least part of a fill volume. Another end of the barrier member is coupled to the concrete form such that the barrier member extends over a side of the concrete form opposite the fill volume. Concrete is then poured into the fill volume and cured to form the seawall section. Prior to the curing, a body of water at the footing may be higher than the upper surface of the footing. However, the barrier member prevents water from entering the fill volume through the concrete form.
Abstract: A device for providing oral care includes at least one lumen fluidly coupled to a brush head. The lumen is adapted to suction fluid via an aperture disposed within the brush head. The brush head may be provided an oral cleaning fluid to facilitate cleaning of oral anatomy. The oral cleaning fluid may be provided within a cup provided within a containment assembly coupled to the oral care tool. Alternatively, or in addition, the cleaning fluid may be provided via fluid reservoir fluidly coupled to the oral care tool. The brush head comprises a bristles section and a foam section.

Abstract: A die attachment material may include an ultra-violet (UV) curable resin and silver particles to attach a chip to a submount, where the silver particles are positioned within the UV curable resin. A method may include heating the die attachment material to obtain the UV curable resin on sintered silver particles, where at least a portion of the die attachment material is position between a chip and a submount. The method may further include irradiating, with UV light, the UV curable resin to obtain a polymer on the sintered silver particles. The polymer may form a layer on the sintered silver particles.

Abstract: A method and a novel flexure interface apparatus are provided for ultrahigh-vacuum (UHV) applications for precision nanopositioning systems. An ultrahigh-vacuum (UHV) metrology base is integrated with an ultrahigh-vacuum (UHV) flange together including a precision and compact flexure interface structure defining a UHV metrology base near-zero-length feedthrough. The UHV metrology base is directly mounted to a flange mounting surface in air with nanopositioning and thermal stability. The precision and compact flexure interface structure has sufficient strength to hold the vacuum force and sufficiently flexible to survive with the thermal expansion stress during bakeout process.
