Abstract: A mobile medical imaging device that allows for multiple support structures, such as a tabletop or a seat, to be attached, and in which the imaging gantry is indexed to the patient by translating up and down the patient axis. In one embodiment, the imaging gantry can translate, rotate and/or tilt with respect to a support base, enabling imaging in multiple orientations, and can also rotate in-line with the support base to facilitate easy transport and/or storage of the device. The imaging device can be used in, for example, x-ray computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) applications.
Abstract: Described herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more fumarate esters and methods for treating multiple sclerosis subjects with the compositions where the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects is reduced compared to treatments comprising dimethyl fumarate (e.g., TECFIDERA®). In particular, described herein are oral pharmaceutical compositions comprising monomethyl fumarate in a liquid vehicle that have reduced gastrointestinal side effects.

Abstract: A smart plan portal that is used in conjunction with a computer aided design (CAD) software application module. The smart plan portal provides a library of predesigned elements that are presented for selection and placement for building design. Each placed element automatically integrates with adjacent elements and the overall building design. Based on the building design using the library of elements, structural components and equipment components are generated. Each component is associated with a digital identifier that is used to identify a number of attributes for the associated component.

Abstract: A three-dimensional (3D) object printer has an ejector head with a single nozzle that is fluidly connected to a plurality of orifices in an orifice plate of the ejector head. An ejection of material through the single nozzle is emitted through the plurality of orifices simultaneously. In one embodiment, some of the orifices are oriented at an angle to a normal to the plane of the orifice plate. A splicer of the printer that generates machine ready instructions for operation of the printer identifies a standoff distance between the orifice plate and a surface onto which drops are being ejected to achieve a target drop spacing for the drops ejected onto the surface. In this manner, a material density for structure within a layer can be achieved without needing to increase the ejection frequency significantly or requiring the printer to incorporate multiple ejector heads.

Abstract: A process is provided for treating a hydrocarbon gas stream by condensing a portion of the gas stream to produce a liquid stream, then through several steps subcooling a portion of the liquid stream to be introduced into a midpoint into a fractionation column. Unexpectedly, it has been found that the recompression and refrigeration power requirements are substantially reduced and the minimum approach to carbon dioxide freezing are increased when the liquid stream is introduced to a midpoint in the column when compared to introducing the liquid stream to a top position or a lower position in the fractionation column.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided for training a machine-learning (ML) algorithm that contributes to piloting an autonomous vehicle using a velocity grid generated from a simulation. The method may include simulating a scene. The scene includes a simulated autonomous vehicle and at least one simulated object moving in the scene. The method may also include predicting a velocity of at least one point on the simulated object as it moves in the simulated scene using a ML algorithm. The method may also include comparing the predicted velocity of the at least one point on the simulated object with velocities in the velocity grid generated from a simulation. The method may further include adjusting the ML algorithm to more accurately predict velocity of at least one point on the simulated object as it moves in the scene based on a difference in the predicted velocity compared to the velocity grid, which yields a trained ML algorithm.
Abstract: A method for communication between autonomous vehicles and personnel can include receiving a signal from a remote computing system, the signal based upon a position of an autonomous vehicle and a first position of a mobile device, wherein the signal identifies that the mobile device is located in a path of the autonomous vehicle, responsive to receipt of the signal from the remote computing system, stopping the autonomous vehicle, receiving an updated signal from the remote computing system, the updated signal based upon a second position of the mobile device, the second position effective to facilitate a determination that the mobile device is no longer within the path of the autonomous vehicle, and responsive to receiving the updated position of the mobile device, resuming operation of the autonomous vehicle along the path. An autonomous vehicle and non-transitory computer-readable medium is also provided.

Abstract: A base station receives, from a wireless device, a wireless device capability message. The wireless device capability message comprises at least one parameter indicating a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) processing period. The first PUSCH processing period is between: a reception time of a downlink control information (DCI) comprising a resource assignment; and a PUSCH transmission time of the resource assignment. The base station transmits, to the wireless device, a first DCI indicating a first resource assignment occurring after a time period from when the first DCI is received by the wireless device. The time period is equal to or greater than the first PUSCH processing period. The base station receives a transport block via the first resource assignment.
