Abstract: Enclosed are embodiments for sampling driving scenarios for training machine learning models. In an embodiment, a method comprises: assigning, using at least one processor, a set of initial physical states to a set of objects in a map for a set of simulated driving scenarios, wherein the set of initial physical states are assigned according to one or more outputs of a random number generator; generating, using the at least one processor, the set of simulated driving scenarios in the map using the initial physical states of the objects in the set of objects; selecting, using the at least one processor, samples of the simulated driving scenarios; training, using the at least one processor, a machine learning model using the selected samples; and operating, using a control circuit, a vehicle in an environment using the trained machine learning model.

Abstract: A handheld smart phone includes programming for performing various vision-related tests. The smart phone includes a touch sensitive screen, microphone, speaker, other sensors, processor and persistent storage for execution of software, multiple communications network interfaces and other device interfaces. The display delivers vision tests and, together with the speaker, related audio instructions to a user. The user interacts with the vision tests by using tactile and audio commands to the device screen and microphone. The test results are assembled into a report that can be transmitted to persons of the user's choice, such as a care provider. The capability is included for transmitting results to the remainder of the system for storage, analysis, events, alerts for medical personnel's user treatment and multiple user population analysis.
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing fraud or distributed denial of service (“DDoS”) protection for session initiation protocol (“SIP”)-based communication. In various embodiments, a computing system may receive, from a first router, first SIP data indicating a request to initiate a SIP-based media communication session between a calling party at a source address and a called party at a destination address. The computing system may analyze the received first SIP data to determine whether the received first SIP data comprises any abnormalities indicative of potential fraudulent or malicious actions. If so, the computing system may reroute the first SIP data to a security deep packet inspection (“DPI”) engine, which may perform a deep scan of the received first SIP data to identify any known fraudulent or malicious attack vectors contained within the received first SIP data. If so, the security DPI engine may initiate mitigation actions.

Abstract: A cooling system includes a heat exchanger having one or more rows of multiple flat tubes, louvered fins disposed between pairs of flat tubes, and special header tube connections to form a counter flow heat exchanger. Heat exchangers having multiple rows may be placed near or close to the server racks and may be in fluid communication with an outdoor heat exchanger having one or more rows. A single-phase fluid is pumped through a fluid circuit or loop, which includes the heat exchangers at the server racks and the outdoor heat exchanger. The single-phase fluid circuit including the heat exchangers at the IT racks may alternatively be in thermal communication with a water circuit that includes an outdoor fluid cooler. The flat tubes can be formed tubes with one or more channels, or extruded tubes with multiple channels. The heat exchangers include header tubes/connections, which facilitate easy fabrication and connection between rows and inlet/outlet, and lower the pressure drop.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of provisioning a trusted execution environment (TEE) based on (e.g., based at least in part on) a chain of trust that includes a platform on which the TEE executes. Any suitable number of TEEs may be provisioned. For instance, a chain of trust may be established from each TEE to the platform on which an operating system that launched the TEE runs. Any two or more TEEs may be launched by operating system(s) running on the same platform or by different operating systems running on respective platforms. Once the chain of trust is established for a TEE, the TEE can be provisioned with information, including but not limited to policies, secret keys, secret data, and/or secret code. Accordingly, the TEE can be customized with the information without other parties, such as a cloud provider, being able to know or manipulate the information.
