Abstract: A network device includes a memory and a processor. The processor implements at least one classifier to provide classification for tunneled IPinIP traffic based on classification parameters provided by Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) classification encoding, Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) classification encoding, and Transport Control Protocol/User Datagram Protocol (TCP/UDP) classification encodings, wherein one of the IPv6 classification encoding and the IPv4 classification encoding is provided by extension information to provide extended classification capabilities. The processor uses the at least one classifier to compare the classification parameters provided by the IPv6 classification encoding, the IPv4 classification encoding, and the TCP/UDP classification encodings to fields in an IPv6 header, an IPv4 header, and a TCP/UDP header of the IPinIP packet. Based on the comparison, the processor maps the IPinIP packet to a service flow identified by the classification parameters.

In one example, a method for an ultrasound system including a plurality of ultrasound transducers each coupled to a respective receive channel includes time-delaying a set of ultrasound receive channel signals to form a plurality of time-delayed sets of ultrasound receive channel signals, each time-delayed set of ultrasound receive channel signals time-delayed based on a different beamforming sound speed, calculating a beamforming quality metric for each receive channel and for each time-delayed set of ultrasound receive channel signals, and generating an ultrasound image from ultrasound receive channel signals selected from the plurality of time-delayed sets of ultrasound receive channel signals based on each beamforming quality metric.

Abstract: Systems and methods which provide for determining seller categorization information using various information available in and to a shipping management system and for applying the seller categorization information to the operation of the shipping management system to provide fulfillment management services tailored for the seller are described. A feature set optimization engine of embodiments may implement various rules for inferentially determining one or more categories/subcategories for sellers using information that is not directly seller industry or product category information but which is otherwise utilized and available for shipping management functionality of a shipping management system. The feature set optimization engine may intelligently apply the inferentially determined seller categorization information with respect to one or more features of the shipping management system using various rules to implement an appropriate fulfillment management feature set.

Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for detecting multi-party events and transactions are provided. User data may be monitored to detect data associated with an event involving multiple individuals, such as by identifying transaction data associated with certain types of merchants and/or scheduling, calendar, or correspondence data indicative of an event. The data may be further analyzed to identify a date, location, and/or parties associated with the event. A multi-party event may be generated. The user data may continue to be monitored to identify transactions associated with multiple parties and occurring during a time and/or at a location of the event. At a conclusion of the event, the transactions may be aggregated and an optimal payment scheme may be determined for settlement of the transactions between the parties. In accordance with the determined payment scheme, delegation of portions of the aggregated transactions may be initiated for settlement amongst the parties.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and providing augmented virtual environments can include obtaining user data, processing the user data to determine a plurality of objects associated with the user data, and generating one or more renderings of the objects in an environment. The renderings can be generated based on a plurality of rendering datasets obtained based on the plurality of determined objects determined to available to a user. The plurality of rendering datasets can include a plurality of three-dimensional meshes and/or a plurality of neural radiance field datasets. The one or more renderings can be provided via an interactive user interface that can allow a user to view renderings of different views of the objects in the environment from different positions and view directions.

Abstract: An image processing device that realizes local dimming control and push-up control of a display device using an artificial intelligence function is provided. The image processing device includes a trained neural network model that estimates a local dimming pattern representing light emitting states of light source units corresponding to a plurality of areas divided from a display area of an image display unit for a target display image, and a control unit that controls the light emitting states of the light source units on the basis of the local dimming pattern estimated by the trained neural network model for the target display image displayed on the image display unit.

Abstract: In an aspect, a method of making a composition, comprising forming a solvent mixture comprising a polymer and a solvent; precipitating the solvent mixture with a non-solvent to form the composition comprising the filler in a fibrillated polymer matrix, wherein the composition is in the form of a particulate and at least one of the solvent and the non-solvent comprises a filler; and separating the composition from the solvent and the non-solvent to isolate the composition. In another aspect, a porous material wherein the filler particles are mechanically bonded together by the polymer and wherein the polymer is present as filaments adhering to and connecting the filler particles across interstitial spaces between the filler particles. In another aspect, a precipitated polymer solution produced by a phase inversion where the majority of the liquids can be mechanically removed.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing requests for content received from customer devices are described. A decision on how to respond to a request for content is made at an edge node based on a locally maintained popularity list. The local popularity list reflects the local popularity of individual pieces of content at the edge node. A white list of content to be cached and served irrespective of popularity is sometimes used in combination with the local popularity list to make decisions as to how to respond to individual requests for content. In some embodiments the edge node decides on one of the following responses to a content request: i) cache and serve the requested content; ii) serve but don't cache the requested content; or iii) redirect the content request to another node, e.g., an alternate serving node, which can respond to the content request.

Abstract: A fish bite indicator utilizes a line retainer coupled to a pivot arm and configured to rotate to bring a pair of electrical contacts into contact with a circuit contact to complete a circuit and activate an indicator light and/or indicator speaker. An indicator speaker may produce a factory set alert sound or a recorded alert sound that a user records to distinguish one fishing pole from another. A user may insert the fishing line a desired amount down into the line wedge seam and the depth of insertion may change when the line is released upon the pivoting of the pivot arm. The fish bite indicator may have a drag knob to change how much line tension is required to move the pivot arm and may have a sensitivity knob that adjusts how far the pivot arm has to rotate before the indicator is activated.

Abstract: A device and method for seating orthodontic aligners over the dentition of a user includes a light-based device having a bite plate or mouthpiece, with light-emitting elements, for contacting the aligners. Instructions are provided for using of the light-based aligner seating device by placing the mouthpiece over the aligners, applying light radiation during a predetermined number of sessions throughout a predetermined treatment period, wherein the seating and the fit between the aligners and teeth are better than without use of the light-based device.

Abstract: A battery cell pack has a plurality of battery cells that are assembled into a prismatic frame, with deformable separators interposed to accommodate elastic and plastic deformation caused by cyclic and acyclic expansion and contraction thereof during charging and discharging over the life of the battery cell pack. The battery cells are arranged in a horizontal stack within the prismatic frame, and the deformable separators are interposed between subsets of the battery cells. The deformable separators exert compressive force on the subsets of the battery cells along a longitudinal axis that is defined by the horizontal stack. The compressive force exerted by the deformable separators is at least a minimum force over a service life of the battery cell pack.

Abstract: A lead assembly and associated process include a lead and an integrated feature that facilitates extraction of the lead from the associated body passage. The integrated feature in one embodiment is a sheath received between the associated body passage and received over the lead. The sheath has a first portion extending from adjacent the proximal end to adjacent the distal end of the lead, where the first portion has an inner surface facing with the lead outer surface and the first portion having an outer surface facing radially outward from the lead outer surface. A second portion of the sheath extends from adjacent the distal end to adjacent the proximal end of the lead. The second portion has an inner surface received over the outer surface of the first portion, and the second portion further having an outer surface abutting an inner surface of the associated body passage that receives the lead therein. The integrated feature is alternatively a wire, band, or spoke assembly.

Abstract: A tool for cleaning out the lower end of a cased wellbore having an installed production string. The tool is lowered down the production string until it projects from an end of the production string and into the wellbore. High pressure fluid is then sprayed from the tool's fluid openings into nearby portions of the wellbore. Once cleaning operations are complete, the tool is carried back to the ground surface using subterranean fluid pressure.

Abstract: A conveyor belt maintenance system and methods of use thereof are disclosed herein. The conveyor belt maintenance system comprises a support structure for supporting a portion of a belt of a conveyor the support structure comprising a frame, an idler roller supported on the frame, and one or more connectors coupled to the frame. The support structure further comprises a track coupled to the connectors. The idler roller is configured to engage and support the portion of the belt. The connector coupled to the track is configured to facilitate movement of the support structure along the track in a direction parallel to the belt of a conveyor.
