Abstract: A plasma generator apparatus generates atmospheric pressure and low temperature plasma that can communicate with a gas to generate reactive species that can be contained in a liquid. The plasma generator has a first electrode and a second electrode opposing each other with a space there between that is configured to house the gas. The generator also has a dielectric layer having a relative permittivity between 2 and 500, and a thickness of 3 mm or less; a power supply configured to supply electrical power to the first and second electrodes at a predetermined voltage and frequency, such that, based on a distance between the first and second electrodes, and the presence of the dielectric layer, atmospheric pressure, low temperature plasma is generated in the space so as to communicate with the gas disposed therein to thereby generate the reactive species.

Abstract: A coded video bitstream comprising a current block in a current picture is received. The current block includes a plurality of subblocks and is to be predicted by a subblock-based template matching motion vector prediction (SbTMVP) mode. A respective collocated reference subblock for each subblock is determined based on a combination of a displacement vector (DV) and a motion vector offset (MVO) that are associated with the respective subblock. A motion vector (MV) field in the respective collocated reference subblock of each subblock in the current block is determined. A respective reference template for each subblock is derived based on the determined MV field of the collocated reference subblock. The plurality of subblocks of the current block is reconstructed by predicting each subblock using the respective reference template in the SbTMVP mode.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a portion control system for food products dispensed from frozen beverage equipment and soft-serve ice cream equipment. The system, injects a food product into a mixing cylinder and chills the food product to a predetermined frozen malleable consistency. When a portion-controlled dispense amount volume indicating volume of the food product to dispense is received a dispense time is determined based on a dispense amount volume and current values of dispense condition variables. If the auger motor is initially ‘off’ a surge dispense amount volume is first determined and dispensed, the auger motor started, and the remainder dispense time and dispense amount volume are determined and dispensed. If the auger motor is initially ‘on’ a dispense time is determined. Dispense time is determined by interpolating between dispense table records that comprise dispense times, dispense amount volumes, and dispense condition variables.

Abstract: A dynamic SRMS (DSRMS) in a MPLS network generates unique segment identifiers for nodes of the network lacking segment identifiers (SIDs). The DSRMS receives network information from other nodes of the network that may include, for example, Internal Gateway Protocol (IGP) routing information, advertised prefix values for the nodes, and label values used in MPLS routing. The DSRMS analyzes the information and identifies nodes of the network that are not associated with a SID. For each identified node, the DSRMS generates a unique SID and then announces the SID to other nodes within the network. Generating the unique SID may include executing a hashing function using the IP address of the identified node as an input.
