A method for configuring and launching a marketplace includes: identifying, by a processing system having one or more processors, an opportunity to facilitate configuration of a new marketplace; receiving marketplace opportunity data, wherein the marketplace opportunity data includes information related to a set of assets of one or more types; determining configuration parameters to be implemented in the new marketplace; determining the feasibility of implementing the configuration parameters in the new marketplace; determining data resources to support the new marketplace; determining an architecture of the new marketplace; determining the configuration of the data resources in a data model for the marketplace; configuring a marketplace object; connecting selected data resources to populate the marketplace object; and launching the new marketplace.

Abstract: Bodily fluid indicator devices, systems, and methods are provided. Such devices, systems, and methods can effectively indicate whether the amount of bodily fluid being produced is within a measurable range, or can characterize various components or features of a bodily fluid. In an exemplary embodiment, a bodily fluid indicator device includes a substrate having a surface. Some portions of the surface are covered with a region of absorbent material and other portions of the surface are devoid of the absorbent material. A graduated scale or a reactive feature can be printed on the absorbent material. The device is configured to indicate an amount and/or a composition a bodily fluid present on an area of a patient or subject.

Abstract: A mechanism including: a toggle rotatably connected to a base structure; a stop fixed to the base for limiting a rotational travel of the toggle, the stop being fixed to the base such that there is no relative movement between the stop and the base; a biasing element having a first end attached to the base and a second end attached to the toggle to bias the toggle towards the stop when the toggle is positioned on a first side of a singular position and the toggle is biased towards an opposite direction from the stop when the toggle is positioned on a second side of the singular position; and an inertial element movably disposed relative to the base and the toggle to move the toggle from the first side to the second side of the singular position when the base undergoes an acceleration event greater than a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Presented are Ergodic Spectrum Management (ESM) systems and methods that take advantage of the presence of statistical consistencies (“ergodicity”) and correlations, such as a wireless network's average dimensional consistencies of probability distributions (in time, space, and frequency) of channel gains, to adaptively learn qualitative and quantitative network/user behavior; estimate or predict network performance; and guide locally implemented radio resource management (RRM) decisions of wireless multi-user transmissions in a manner such as to reduce interference and improve latency; connection stability; efficiency; and overall wireless performance. ESM also enhances end-users' Quality of Experience (QoE) by allowing movement across bands and regions as users/devices roam. A remote-cloud-based resource management implementation of ESM' s Learn-ed Resource Managers (LRMs) removes the need for heavy edge-computing close to radio cells.

Abstract: A comprehensive dry flood proofing solution to mitigate inland flooding risk for existing or new homes and small buildings. This family of integrated systems of the present disclosure each leverage the building's structure to offer practical and affordable flood protection for those buildings constructed with slab-on-grade foundations. This family of solutions includes pluggable weep holes, entry door/garage door/window protectors, wall appurtenances and penetration protection, house wrap and debris barrier system for wall protection and sewage anti-backflow protection. The components of the solution are reusable, easy to deploy, and do not detract from the building's permanent appearance. Furthermore, the solution allows for ingress/egress during flood events and can protect the building from standing water incursion up to 24? above slab elevation.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to certain 2-aminoquinzaoline derivatives of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1, R2, and R3 are as defined herein, which are potent inhibitors of LRRK2 kinase and may be useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases in which the LRRK2 kinase is involved, such as Parkinson's Disease and other diseases and disorders described herein. A first weighting associated with the dynamic source ranking and a second weighting associated with the confidence score are each greater than a third weighting associated with the offer status.

Abstract: A system for authenticating communications from a vehicle to a remote assistance unit includes a connectivity module (CM) installed in the vehicle. A security device is adapted to transmit messages when the security device is within a predefined proximity of the CM. A security cloud unit is configured to validate the security device based in part on a first pair of complementary keys, including a first factory key stored by the security device and a second factory key stored by the security cloud unit. The first pair of complementary keys is configured for asymmetric encryption such that the first factory key is solely decryptable with the second factory key. The remote assistance unit is configured to authenticate an integrity of the CM based in part on a second pair of complementary keys which are dynamically generated by the security cloud unit.

The lumen is configured to receive threads for mating with the threads of a female sub end of a pipe or tube. The outer surface includes at least one aperture for receiving a tool that can be inserted within said aperture so as to rotate the fitting about an axis that extends through the lumen of the unitary body. The at least one apertures provide a safe and convenient way to tighten and loosen the fitting during the process of coupling pipe or tubing.

Abstract: A wireless testing system is provided that testing transmission speeds associated with a WLAN or other wireless network. In one instance, a network transmission between a device in a telecommunications network and a modem be measured and initiated via an application executed on a mobile device. One or more Wi-Fi speed tests may also be performed to determine a transmission speed between a wireless device associated with the premises and the modem of the WLAN. To conduct the Wi-Fi speed test, a mobile device (such as the mobile device executing the application) may transmit, in some instances in response to an input to the mobile device, an instruction to the test controller to conduct the Wi-Fi speed test. The measured transmission speeds may be controlled by a controller that may store the speed test results in a network repository available to the mobile device.

The heat-treated cast aluminum alloy component is substantially free of faceted iron-containing intermetallics having a platelet shape and at least one region has a yield strength of ?180 MPa and an elongation of ?7%.

Abstract: Innovations in signaling of reference picture list (“RPL”) modification information. For example, a video encoder evaluates a condition that depends at least in part on a variable indicating a number of total reference pictures. Depending on the results of the evaluation, the encoder signals in a bitstream a flag that indicates whether an RPL is modified according to syntax elements explicitly signaled in the bitstream. A video decoder evaluates the condition and, depending on results of the evaluation, parses from a bitstream a flag that indicates whether an RPL is modified according to syntax elements explicitly signaled in the bitstream. The condition can be evaluated as part of processing for an RPL modification structure that includes the flag, or as part of processing for a slice header. The encoder and decoder can also evaluate other conditions that affect syntax elements for list entries of the RPL modification information.

The wireless hub device may receive a command and transmit signals to a plurality of A/V devices in one of the zones so that the plurality of A/V devices are calibrated within the zone. The plurality of A/V devices are calibrated to adjust a specific role of each speaker within an audio system.
