Abstract: Analyzing energy savings for a building includes receiving historical energy usage and weather data for a building, a set of operations parameters describing building operations and a set of building system parameters describing building systems. A baseline configuration is submitted to a first energy consumption simulation to determine a baseline energy usage profile A calibrated configuration is determined from the baseline configuration and the historical energy usage. An energy usage aberration is identified in the current year. The calibrated energy usage profile is adjusted to account for it. The difference between actual energy usage for the current year and the adjusted calibrated energy usage profile is an accurate measure of savings.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses are described for adapting an end-to-end, E2E, machine-learning, ML, configuration for processing communications transferred through an E2E communication. A network entity directs a user equipment (UE) and a base station participating in the E2E communication to implement the E2E communication by forming at least a portion of an E2E deep neural network, DNN, based on a first E2E ML configuration. The network entity determines to update the first E2E ML configuration based on a change in a participation mode of an edge compute server (ECS) in the E2E communication. The network entity identifies a second E2E ML configuration based on the change in participation mode and directs the UE or the base station to update the portion of the E2E DNN using the second E2E ML configuration.

Abstract: The disclosure generally pertains to systems and methods for providing a vehicle- and drone-based tracking system. In an example method, a tracker system associated with a vehicle may be initiated. At least one parameter associated with a route may be received via the tracker system. A first notification may subsequently be received from a device, and the first notification may be associated with a first location of the device. After a first predetermined period of time since the first notification is received, a second notification may be received from the device. The second notification may be associated with a second location of the device. The tracker system may then determine, based on the second notification, that the second location of the device is within the at least one parameter associated with the route.

  • Publication number: 20230339507
Abstract: Approaches to utilizing contextual right-of-way decision making for autonomous vehicles are disclosed. An autonomous vehicle is operated in a road setting within an operating environment having other road users. The operation of the autonomous vehicle is based on safety constraints providing limits on operation of the autonomous vehicle. The presence of a selected other road user within the operating environment is detected. Potential trajectories for the autonomous vehicle within the operating environment are evaluated with respect to the other road user. The autonomous vehicle interacts with the other road user by generating vehicle control signals based on a machine learned model and within the one or more safety constraints. The machine learned model is based on a hierarchy of costs corresponding to characteristics of maneuvers by the autonomous vehicle.
