Abstract: A system and method are presented for correlating diverse medication information from a plurality of medication search services where a system computer includes a storage having a table of information facilitating the normalization of data from a plurality of medication search services. The system facilitates simultaneous searching of a plurality of medication search services each comprising different medication information and normalizing of the diverse medication data to present a single view of all the diverse information for simultaneous comparison.

Abstract: A charging system is disclosed. The charging system may include a charging cord body and a light emitting diode (LED) strip. The LED strip may include a plurality of LEDs disposed at a charging cord body exterior surface. The LED strip may be configured to emit light in a plurality of modes. The charging system may further include a processor that may be communicatively coupled to the LED strip. The processor may be configured to obtain charging information associated with at least one of a vehicle and a charging station and select a first mode from the plurality of modes based on the charging information. The processor may activate the LED strip in the first mode. The LED strip visually indicates the charging information associated with at least one of the vehicle and the charging station in the first mode.

Abstract: Systems for tracking objects in a production process and controlling aspects of the production process utilize images from a plurality of cameras positioned above or around various locations of the production process, which transmit images to a server, in various embodiments. The server uses machine learning or artificial intelligence to locate and track the objects within the fields of view of the various cameras, and then control production process aspects in response. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Abstract: A method for attaching a terminal pin to a circuit trace on an electronic substrate. The method includes disposing the electronic substrate on a stage, placing a terminal pin on the circuit trace on the electronic substrate, and directing ultrasound energy generated by a sonotrode to a base region of the terminal pin placed on the circuit trace. The ultrasound energy couples the base region to the circuit trace.

Abstract: A power supply signal conditioning system includes a power supply, one or more loads, and a drive-sense circuit (DSC). The power supply is operably coupled to one or more loads. When enabled, the power supply configured to output a power supply signal having a DC (direct current) voltage component and a ripple voltage component that is based on conversion of an AC (alternating current) signal in accordance with generating the power supply signal. The DSC is operably coupled to the power supply. When enabled, the DSC is configured simultaneously to sense the power supply signal and, based on sensing of the power supply signal, adaptively to process the power supply signal in accordance with reducing or eliminating the ripple voltage component of the power supply signal to generate a conditioned power supply signal to service the one or more loads.

Abstract: A head covering air filtering device comprising a rigid component comprising a transparent face shield, a fabric component, wherein the rigid component and the fabric component combine to cover an entire head of a user and form a seal around the user's neck. The device further comprises an intake filter to filter all intake air entering the device, an exhaust filter to filter all exhaust air exiting the device, and an air mover causing intake air to enter the device and exhaust air to exit the device.

Abstract: Fiber-based composite material for use in an automated packaging formation and padded mailers and corresponding systems and methods are provided herein. A fiber-based composite includes a fiber-based liner defining a liner width and a fiber-based padding defining a first surface and a second surface attached to the backing material to provide cushioning for items within a mailer. The fiber-based padding defines a padding width which is less than the liner width thereby defining a first liner overhang and a second liner overhang. A heat seal material is disposed on the first surface of the fiber-based padding, the first liner overhang and the second liner overhang to aid in heat seal formation between opposite surfaces when used to form a package. The heat seal material may, in some cases, includes an anti-stick additive.

Abstract: Visualization software that enables creating custom interfaces in operator-machine interface applications is described. A system enables a user to define a script that includes custom logic and to identify corresponding data. The system configures an operator-machine interface application to execute the user-defined script at runtime, and deploys the user-defined script to a cloud platform. The operator-machine interface application subscribes to an attribute value associated with the user-defined script. The user-defined script executes a part of the custom logic, thereby retrieving the identified data via an application programming interface, transforming the retrieved data to a format used for display; and writing the formatted data to the attribute value. The operator-machine interface application displays content based on the subscribed attribute value.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a window separating a compartment of the vehicle from a region external to the vehicle. The window includes an outer surface. An imaging device is in the compartment and configured to capture an image of the region external to the vehicle through the window. Control circuitry is in communication with the imaging device and configured to receive the image from the imaging device, detect an obstruction in the image data corresponding to a substance on the window, and generate an output in response to the detection of the obstruction, wherein the imaging device is disposed within 50 millimeters (mm) from the window.

Abstract: An example system can include a computer having a processor coupled to a memory, the memory can store instructions executable by the processor to process a received Doppler radar signal to extract a feature that represents a characteristic of a moving object. Responsive to determining that the moving object excludes an authorized user based on the extracted feature, the computer can actuate a camera sensor.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are generally directed to tritium shunt heat exchangers that use a sweep gas. In some aspects, a heat exchanger system for a fusion power plant is disclosed herein. The system may advantageously allow for efficient energy and tritium extraction from a tritium-containing fluid, while minimizing tritium leakage into the environment. For example, the system may comprise components, such as a thermally conductive solid connector, a sweep gas, reactive materials, etc., that allow for high heat transfer efficiency, and/or high tritium removal and extraction efficiency. In addition, some aspects of the disclosure are directed to methods for using or making such a system.

Abstract: Techniques for impaired mode for a mobile device are described and are implementable to enable data transactions to be controlled based on different state conditions. For instance, different state conditions of a mobile device can indicate that a user of the mobile device may be in an impaired state. In such scenarios the mobile device may be transitioned to an impaired mode where data transactions are subject to transaction constraints.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for generating an executable batch record for a clinical trial study. The method includes displaying a user interface for having a production user input batch record information comprising via a production user interface (UI), and receiving packaging instructions, a bill of materials, and a lot assignment from the production user. The method further includes producing a preliminary batch record based on the information input by the production user. The method further displaying a customer UI that includes the preliminary batch record and an interface for approving the preliminary batch record, and receiving an approval of the preliminary batch record from a customer user. The method further includes producing an executable batch record for a producer to execute upon customer approval.

Abstract: Adaptive cross-layer power, thermal, and performance management within augmented and/or virtual reality (AR/VR) display devices is described. AR/VR experiences use extensive system resources to provide high quality user experience (UX). Application performance modes (e.g., Application Resource Bundles “ARBs”) may be registered and for each mode, applications may request specific performance from the underlying hardware/firmware/software subsystems. As system state changes, a central service may periodically reconfigure power states of individual subsystems resulting in power, thermal, and performance tradeoffs. As the power states are reconfigured, the central service may change the application performance modes to allow applications to adapt their UX to the new system state allowing applications to build custom behaviors and provide enhanced UX over a variety of states.

Abstract: An apparatus for attracting an animal to an area includes a housing, recordable memory media contained within the housing for storing a pre-recorded ultrasonic sound and a prerecorded audible sound. An audible sound emitter contained within the housing is also provided for emitting the prerecorded audible sound. Further, an ultrasonic sound emitter contained within the housing for emitting the prerecorded ultrasonic sound and second pre-recorded sounds that simulate first and second distinct sounds each made by a species of animal in the environment. A user interface to play back the audible and ultrasonic sounds simultaneously to produce a blended sound for attracting an animal. The apparatus may further include a first amplifier for amplifying the audible sound and a second amplifier for amplifying the ultrasonic sound. A low pass filter for filtering the audible sounds and a high pass filter for filtering the ultrasonic sounds may also be included.
