Abstract: The present disclosure provides an apparatus, method and kit to flatten wide boards with an apparatus. The apparatus comprises two sets of rails, one set spanning laterally and the second set spanning longitudinally. The second set of rails is operative to move along the first set of rails by use of short members attached to the second set that interface with the first set of rails. Then, a carriage is operative to sit on top of the second set of rails and move along them. This is done by the carriage arms engaged on the second set of rails.
Abstract: A printing plate pressure adjustment system for a can decorator including a printing plate cylinder assembly having a printing plate cylinder drive shaft, and a blanket wheel. The system includes an actuator, a control system structured to control operation of the actuator to adjust a pressure between the printing plate cylinder assembly and the blanket wheel, an eccentric bushing disposed around the printing plate cylinder drive shaft, wherein rotation of the eccentric bushing causes the printing plate cylinder to move toward or away from the blanket wheel, and a drive mechanism coupled between the actuator and the eccentric bushing, wherein operation of the actuator causes the drive mechanism to rotate the eccentric bushing.

Abstract: A vehicle-hood assembly includes a vehicle hood and an energy absorber fixed to the vehicle hood. The energy absorber is releasable from a compressed position to an uncompressed position. Abstract: A helmet for a goalie is described herein. The helmet includes a head protective outer shell, a chin cup support bracket, and a shock membrane. The head protective outer shell defines an interior space. The head protective outer shell includes an exterior portion and in interior portion. The exterior portion includes an exterior lower section and an exterior upper section. The exterior upper section is curved. The interior portion is opposite the exterior portion. The interior portion includes an interior lower section and an interior upper section. The chin cup support bracket is secured to the interior lower section. The chin cup support bracket includes dual arm members configured to interface with a removable chin cup. The shock membrane is coupled with the interior upper section. The shock membrane includes a honeycomb design adapted to match a curvature of the exterior upper section and the interior upper section.

In various aspects, a third party computing connects, via a public data network, to an edge node of the target computing system and instructs the target computing system to execute jobs to discover target data stored in data repositories in a private data network in the target computing system. In some aspects, the third party computing system may schedule the jobs on the target computing system based on computing resource availability on the target computing system.

The component includes at least one surface. An interface of finishing software displays an image of the component and the at least one surface. A plurality of finishes available for the at least one surface is displayed. A selection of one of the plurality of finishes for the at least one surface is input by a user. The component data and finishing data may then be sent to a computer aided manufacturing system to manufacture the computer designed component.
