Patent number: 11688180Abstract: A lane departure warning system which uses at least one detection device, such as a stereo camera, to map the surrounding environment in three-dimensions, which provides for a determination of the distance of various objects in a given image obtained by the camera. With the information obtained by the camera, or cameras, additional data, such as the color of each pixel in an image, it is possible to identify which pixels in the image correspond to the road. Once the pixels that correspond to the road are identified, the width of the road is determined, as well as the position of the vehicle on the road. With the width of the road being known, the road is “virtually” divided into virtual lanes, and it is determined which of the virtual lanes the vehicle is travelling, and the vehicle is monitored to ensure that the vehicle remains within one of the virtual lanes.Type: GrantFiled: June 3, 2020Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: Continental Autonomous Mobility US, LLCInventor: Roberto Guzman Galan

Patent number: 11689681Abstract: Methods and systems are described for distributing and receiving fax transmissions via a data connection that is owned by a service provider. In one embodiment, a fax server receives a signaling protocol invite from a telephone service provider in response to the telephone service provider receiving, over a circuit switched network and from a source device, an incoming call signal to a fax telephone number of the service provider. The server responds to the invite by establishing a data connection based on the signaling protocol with the telephone service provider, where the data connection is owned by the service provider. The server receives an incoming fax message that is in a fax format and is routed by the telephone service provider as the source device transmits the incoming fax message. The server transmits the fax message to a destination address.Type: GrantFiled: September 13, 2021Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: CONSENSUS CLOUD SOLUTIONS, LLCInventor: Francis Toscano

Patent number: 11689944Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for traffic flow classification using machine learning. In some implementations, a communication device includes an anomaly detector comprising a machine learning model trained to predict whether data traffic patterns differ from a set of observed traffic patterns present in a set of training data. The communication device includes a traffic classifier comprising a machine learning model trained to predict a quality of service (QoS) class for network connections or data flows. The communication device is configured to evaluate network connections or data flows using the anomaly detector. Patent number: 11689445Abstract: An optimizing agent of a network device that does not support low latency DOCSIS can identify traffic or packets associated with a client resource for an optimization service flow. For example, the optimizing agent can receive a priority notification associated with a client resource from a low latency controller that is indicative of a low latency requirement associated with the client resource. The optimizing agent identifies the traffic for the optimized service flow based on the priority notification. The identifying can require modifying one or more parameters of an existing service flow, creating a new service flow, or selecting an existing service flow with low latency. The identified traffic can be routed to the optimized service flow to achieve low latency or high QoS.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2021Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: ARRIS ENTERPRISES LLCInventors: Sabarinathan Nagarajan, Lakshmi Arunkumar, Ian G. Patent number: 11684849Abstract: This application is directed to real-time game profiling and analysis. While a game server executes multiple game instances for a gaming title in parallel, a profiling server generates a game profiling instruction to collect data samples associated with a subset of the game instances and sends the game profiling instruction to the game server. In response to the game profiling instruction, the game server identifies the subset of the plurality of game instances, and collects data samples associated with each game instance in the identified subset. Each collected data sample includes at least game state data and system performance data associated with synchronous gaming sessions corresponding to the respective game instance. The game server sends the collected data samples associated with each game instance in the identified subset to the profiling server, which provides the plurality of data samples to an analytics server for further analysis.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2020Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: GOOGLE LLCInventors: Jack Buser, Gregory Canessa, Garret Kelly, Paul Leventis

Patent number: 11686115Abstract: A wall brace system for providing an apparatus for supporting a wall in a building structure, which has been moved inward by pressure from the earth outside in order to return the wall to a desired position. The wall brace system has a structural member, a retainer, a mounting assembly, a load member, a jack, and/or a locking member. A jack and/or locking member are operatively coupled between the structural member and the mounting assembly. The jack functions to exert a force against the structural member, directly or through the load member, in order to force the structural member toward the wall for shifting the wall (e.g., outwardly). The locking member functions to lock the structural member in place with respect to the mounting assembly after the jack positions the structural member. Thereafter, the jack is removed from the mounting assembly.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2021Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: Independence Materials Group, LLCInventor: William A. Gantt
