Publication number: 20220279633Abstract: In an auto vibrancy mode, a vibrancy value for a lighting load may be automatically determined based on a selected color setting for the lighting load. The automatically determined vibrancy value may also be configured to emit light from the lighting load at or above a target CRI value for the selected color setting. The selected color setting may be a CCT value on the black-body curve or an x-y chromaticity value. If the selected color setting is CCT value on the black-body curve, the automatically determined vibrancy value may be a pre-defined vibrancy value that is configured to emit light from the lighting load at or above the target CRI value for the selected CCT value. If the selected color setting is an x-y chromaticity value, the automatically determined vibrancy value may be based on the distance between the selected x-y chromaticity value and the black-body curve.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 16, 2022Publication date: September 1, 2022Applicant: Lutron Technology Company LLCInventors: Prashant Chaturvedi, Bryan R. Publication number: 20220273230Abstract: Percutaneous access devices (PAD), bandages, or other implantable medical devices are provided that are equipped with filters, environmental controls, and sensors that promote the formation of a natural biologic seal between the skin and the device to form a barrier to microbial invasion into the body. Levels of humidity and pressure are monitored and dynamically controlled to optimize wound closure about an implanted device or when a PAD is not present a wound itself. Methods and systems for actively assessing wound closure are incorporated into the design of percutaneous skin access devices (PAD), bone anchors, or a wound dressing or bandage alone without at PAD. Pressure and humidity sensors provide active feedback for making changes to the ecology of the wound site or PAD insertion site. A filter is used to aerate the wound while also preventing pathogens in the ambient air from reaching the wound.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 16, 2022Publication date: September 1, 2022Applicant: Cardiac Assist Holdings, LLCInventors: Barry N. Publication number: 20220276020Abstract: Improvements in a more efficient use of air in a projectile launcher is disclosed. The launcher uses a two-stage air gun fire and reset to have a more efficient compressed gas usage because the gas is not wasted by performing simultaneous actions, instead, the motion dedicates a portion of the motion to firing only then transitions a “port” to close and redirect the gasses to “re-cocking” without wasted gasses going out the firing bolt. The air is redirected through a moving port or gate to allow the launcher to continue to perform and “cycle” to the point where there is low pressure in the supply tank. This prevents chopping or shredding of paintballs because the feed port of the projectiles only partially opens. The improvement allows the launcher to reliably feed and fire projectiles down to the point where it is obvious that the tank requires changing.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 18, 2022Publication date: September 1, 2022Applicant: Legacy Products LLCInventor: Brian SULLIVAN
