Abstract: A robotic surgical tool includes an elongate shaft extended through a handle and having an end effector arranged at a distal end thereof, a rack extending along a portion of the shaft and operatively coupled to a knife located at the end effector, a first actuation system housed within the handle and operable to drive the rack and thereby advance or retract the knife at the end effector, the first actuation system including a sector gear engageable with the rack and including a tooth-free zone, and a second actuation system housed within the handle and operable to cause z-axis translation of the shaft through the handle. Rotating the sector gear such that the tooth-free zone faces the rack decouples the shaft from the first actuation system to allow the shaft to freely move in z-axis translation.

Abstract: A cabinet storage system for a cabinet includes a base and a pair of slides. Each of the slides includes a face frame lip standoff extending from a front edge of a respective slide to align the cabinet storage system in a bottom of the cabinet. A bracket may be coupled with each respective slide, the bracket includes a face frame bracket positioned to extend beyond the front edge of the respective slide and the face frame lip. The face frame bracket is available to couple a cabinet front to the cabinet storage system. A slidable portion of each of the slides may include front ears and rear ears. The front ears include apertures to receive a first fastener coupled with the base, and the rear ears including an alignment notch to guide the base into alignment with a respective slide using a second fastener coupled with the base.

Abstract: A desk attachment apparatus and system that prevents items from falling off a desk top, to provide electrical wire management, and provides support for functional and artistic displays. The apparatus includes a body with a plurality of holes of to receive and retain electrical wires, a plurality of slits in which the wires can be inserted into the holes, a front groove configured to tightly cover a protruding edge of a desk top and back groove extending along a back face of the body to receive an insert to block wires from being removed from the holes through the slits. Also included is an extension member that can be inserted in the back groove of the desk dam attachment apparatus to extend the desk dam apparatus.

Abstract: This invention provides particles encapsulating active agent that do not produce functional effects or remove functional effects until they are triggered by contacting with at least one exogenous source. The particles in this invention minimize toxic effects to the body of the active agent and the material that interacts with an exogenous source as well as minimize body chemicals from degrading both the active agent and the material that interacts with an exogenous source inside the particle.

Abstract: A method, device, and computer-readable medium for decoding an encoded video bitstream using at least one processor, including obtaining a first flag indicating that a conformance window is present in a current picture; based on the first flag indicating that the conformance window is present, obtaining a second flag indicating whether the conformance window is used for reference picture resampling; based on the second flag indicating that the conformance window is used for the reference picture resampling, determining a resampling ratio between the current picture and a reference picture based on a conformance window size of the conformance window; based on the second flag indicating that the conformance window is not used for the reference picture resampling, determining the resampling ratio based on a resampling picture size; and performing the reference picture resampling on the current picture using the resampling ratio.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for analyzing different media to determine if the media originated from the same source. A two-part analysis is provided. During the first part, target data streams are analyzed to determine a template for the data stream or file, based upon the encoder used to encode the media transmitted in the data stream or stored in a file. After generating templates for the different streams, the templates are compared to determine which streams have matching templates. The second part of the analysis includes monitoring streams with matching templates to identify the same piece of media content in each of the streams. Upon identifying the same content, the content of each stream is synchronized and then compared to determine if the compared pieces of content were generated using the same encoder.

Abstract: A reusable container includes a container portion and a microcontroller device. The microcontroller device includes a microcontroller and a wireless communication device. The wireless communication device is configured for wireless communication with a local area network including at a least a first radio receiver or the first radio receiver and a first computer. The local area network is external to the reusable container. The local area network is configured to determine location data corresponding to a location of the container based on at least a location of the radio receiver or the first computer. The microcontroller is configured to store the location data.

Abstract: A mobile station may comprise a receiver to receive, from a base station, a broadcast signal indicating a TDD configuration of uplink OFDM symbols and downlink OFDM symbols. The receiver may receive an indication of a symbol range and a subchannel range for use in transmission of CQI feedback. The mobile station may receive first downlink data and transmit first uplink data, using the TDD configuration, wherein the first uplink data comprises CQI feedback information transmitted in accordance with the symbol range and the subchannel range. The receiver may receive second downlink data, from the base station, on a different frequency as the first uplink data is transmitted, while the first uplink data is transmitted.

Some embodiments provide a program that receives a request to anonymize data in a document, uses a visual model to identify a set of candidate confidential sections in the document that are each predicted to include a collection of confidential data, uses a language model to identify terms in each candidate confidential section that are determined to be confidential data, analyzes the document to identify a set of terms in the document based on the identified terms in the set of candidate confidential sections, and redacts the set of terms in the document.

Abstract: A vascular jet cooling system for use with a planar power module and a coolant supply includes a manifold housing and one or more jet impingement plates. The manifold housing is constructed of a dielectric polymer molding material, and defines a coolant inlet port configured to fluidly connect to the coolant supply, an internal cavity in fluid communication with the coolant inlet port and containing the power module, and a coolant outlet port in fluid communication with the internal cavity. The jet impingement plate(s) is arranged in the internal cavity. Openings of the plates direct coolant passing through the coolant inlet port onto a respective major surface of the power module. A power module assembly includes a planar power module and the vascular jet cooling system. A method of constructing the power module assembly uses sacrificial materials and overmolding of the jet impingement plates.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding and decoding. The apparatuses include an apparatus for video decoding. Processing circuitry of the apparatus for video decoding can decode coded information for a current block from a coded video bitstream. The coded information indicates a bi-prediction motion compensation mode for the current block. The processing circuitry determines, based on current neighboring reconstructed samples of the current block, first neighboring reconstructed samples of a first prediction block, and second neighboring reconstructed samples of a second prediction block, a weight used in the bi-prediction motion compensation mode. The processing circuitry reconstructs samples in the current block based on a weighted average of corresponding samples in the first prediction block and the second prediction block using the determined weight.

Portions of the control system, main controller, control modules, sensors, environmental units and other controllers may reside outside tent. A process for providing environmental control of the personal space includes learning capabilities.

Abstract: A system comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors perform: receiving, by a chat bot and from a user, an indication to talk to a live agent; calling, by the chat bot, an automatic call distribution server to initiate a live-agent session for the user; storing metadata for the live-agent session in a distributed table and a distributed queue; pulling, from an automatic call distribution connector, one or more messages from a conversation between the user and the chat bot based on the metadata; and connecting the live agent to the user in the live-agent session, wherein the user communicates with the live agent in the live-agent session through a same interface for the chat bot. The wrist includes a proximal clevis, a distal clevis rotatably coupled to the proximal clevis, first and second pulleys rotatably mounted to the distal clevis, the first jaw extension being pinned to the first pulley and the second jaw extension being pinned to the second pulley, and a linkage mounted to the jaws. The plurality of drive members terminate at the first and second pulleys and are antagonistically operable to open and close the jaws and articulate the end effector in pitch and yaw.

Abstract: An improved network architecture for minimizing latency of preparing and sending data to a network over a physical medium. A system for communicating messages over a network may create and store ready-to-send data packets in a data buffer next to or as close as possible, either physically and/or logically, to a MAC component. The MAC component may then receive the data packet directly from the data buffer and encapsulate the data packet into a frame suitable for transmission to the network. The data packet is modifiable while being stored in the data buffer prior to transmission to the network.
