Abstract: An agricultural product delivery applicator for delivering particulate product to a field. The applicator includes a bin having a first chamber to hold a first product, a second chamber to hold a second product, and a third chamber to hold a third product. The applicator further includes a pneumatic conveying system having an airflow source to provide an airflow, a delivery line operably connected to the airflow source and to the bin, and an outlet coupled to the delivery line. A metering system is operably connected between the supply compartment and the pneumatic conveying system. The metering system meters product with the airflow to result in a mixed flow of airflow and product. The metering system includes a novel hydraulic circuit for helping to meter the product.

Abstract: A connector for charging an electric vehicle that includes a housing configured to mate with an electric vehicle port of an electric vehicle, at least a sensor configured to detect an attachment datum as a function of the housing mating with an electric vehicle port, and transmit the attachment datum to a computing device, a computing device configured to receive the attachment datum from the at least a sensor, receive an identification datum from the electric vehicle, generate a verification datum as a function of the identification datum and the attachment datum, and determine an authorization status as a function of the verification datum.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to monitor auditing devices. An example apparatus includes a workload analyzer to obtain alert data related to a potential new product from an auditing device, and a product analyzer to identify a product within the alert data to determine if the product has been previously identified by another auditing device. In response to determining that the product has not been previously identified, the example apparatus includes an alert analyzer to cluster the alert data based on characteristics associated with an auditor profile of the auditing device, and determine a probability of transmitting the alert data to other auditing devices based on the clustered alert data. The example apparatus also includes an alert authorizer to suppress the alert data from being transmitted to the other auditing devices to reduce an amount of network resources required for subsequent processing when the probability does not satisfy a threshold.

The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of the variety CH011149, and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing a corn plant of variety CH011149 with itself or with another corn plant, such as a plant of another variety. The invention further relates to genetic complements of plants of variety CH011149.

Abstract: Methods and systems for predicting instant play includes pre-loading one or more instances of select ones of games on one or more game consoles on a cloud game server. The loading of instances is based on usage history of the games. Users are assigned to select ones of the instances of the games loaded on the one or more game consoles, in response to user interaction detected at the select ones of the games exceeding a pre-defined threshold value. User interactions are monitored at the instances of the select ones of games assigned to the users. Based on the monitored interactions, the number of instances of the games loaded on the one or more game consoles are dynamically adjusted. The dynamic adjustment includes scaling up or scaling down the number of instances of the games loaded on the one or more game consoles.

Abstract: A photovoltaic device and a method of making the photovoltaic device are disclosed. The photovoltaic device may include a semiconductor layer epitaxially grown using a compound semiconductor material, such as a group III-V semiconductor material, wherein a surface of the semiconductor layer is textured via one or more laser pulses of a laser. The photovoltaic device may also include a dielectric layer deposited over the textured surface of the semiconductor layer, and a back metal reflector provided on the dielectric layer. The textured surface extends a path of light traveling through the photovoltaic device to increase absorption of the light within the photovoltaic device.

Abstract: The location of lost or entangled fishing gear, known as derelict gear, is detected. The motion or change of position of a buoy attached to fishing gear is determined via sensors mounted on the buoy and compared to typical buoy motion. If the buoy has moved beyond a threshold value from its original location, an alert is sent to the fisherman. The available sensor data will be used to determine the likelihood of loss or entanglement. This alert facilitates recovery of lost or entangled gear by identifying where immediate retrieval efforts should be focused. The number of traps lost to the ocean that otherwise would continue to trap or entangle marine life may be reduced.

Abstract: Iodine transfer radical polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer comprising (meth)acrylic acid, salt thereof, or combination thereof, in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator, an organoiodide, and a solvent, is a useful method for making (meth)acrylic acid polymers. The amounts of components utilized can be 2 to 100 equivalents of acrylic acid and 2 to 100 equivalents of sodium acrylate, both dissolved in water to form a 15 to 50 weight percent solution, based on the total weight of the acrylic acid, sodium acrylate, and water; 0.05 to 1 equivalent of an azo polymerization initiator, 1 equivalent of an organoiodide; and 0 to 3 equivalents of an iodide salt. (Meth)acrylic acid polymer solutions are made by these methods. The (meth)acrylic polymers are useful as dispersants.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically calculating an accurate recommended dosage for hormone replacement therapy and automating the life cycle of a patient's treatment over time. The system and method can automatically acquire relevant patient parameters and apply a consistent formulaic approach to help reduce incorrect dosage determinations. A pellet insertion size may be determined and documented based on a calculated dosage, and an insertion side and lot numbers may be tracked and managed. In addition, corresponding revenues may be tracked and profitability may be reported for hormone replacement therapy practices.

Such a method can include, for example, identifying a unit of metadata in a file system, identifying a file system structure in the file system, determining whether a file structure of the file system structure is non-sequential, and, in response to a determination that the file structure is non-sequential, retrieving a list of units of metadata. In such embodiments, the file system structure is associated with the unit of metadata, and the determining includes accessing the file system structure. Further, in certain embodiments, the units of metadata identified in the list of units of metadata are stored in a storage device of the computer system.

The method may comprise analyzing contents of an electronic communication to determine whether the contents include sensitive information. A recipient list of the electronic communication may be compared to a screening list. Based on the analyzing and the comparing, it may be determined whether the contents are permitted to be transmitted to the recipient list. Upon determining that the contents are not permitted to be transmitted to at least one party of the recipient list, a notification may be provided to an author of the electronic communication indicating that contents are not permitted to be transmitted to the at least one party of the recipient list.

Based on the data parallel pipeline, a dataflow graph of deferred parallel data objects and deferred parallel operations corresponding to the data parallel pipeline may be generated and one or more graph transformations may be applied to the dataflow graph to generate a revised dataflow graph that includes one or more of the deferred parallel data objects and deferred, combined parallel data operations. The deferred, combined parallel operations may be executed to produce materialized parallel data objects corresponding to the deferred parallel data objects.
