The baler communicates compressed material from a vertically inclined compression passage formed in between opposing conveyer belts to a central area of a baling chamber for baling. A plunger within the baling chamber can reciprocate in two directions to form bales which are tied and discharged from both ends of the baling chamber.

Abstract: Container insulation including a batt comprised of large paper particles, at least 90% of which by weight are greater than 10 mm in diameter. Less than 5% by weight binder fibers are used, which have a length of at least 20 mm. Most preferably, no binder fibers are used. Where the batts are faced with paper, the paper is coated with a biodegradable coating. The resulting product is repulpable and recyclable in accordance with Fiber Box Association (FBA) testing protocols.

Abstract: This invention is directed to a filter removal tool comprising: a cup configured to engage with a filter so that rotating the cup rotates the filter; an opening in a shaft or cup and extending through the cup so that when a puncture cap that can be received into the cup punctures the filter, fluid flows from the filter out of the cup. The shaft can transition from a first position to a second position wherein the puncture cap can puncture the filter in the second position. A wrench or other tool can be used to remove the filter using the cup. The cup can be secured to the filter with a magnet or collet assembly. A tube can be connected to the cup to direct fluid that exits the filter. An impact member can be used to force the puncture cap into the filter.

The analog to digital conversion circuit further includes a digital decimation filtering circuit including n anti-aliasing filters operable to sample and filter the n 1-bit channels of the first digital signal to produce n second digital signals and n decimator circuits operable to decimate the n second digital signals to produce n third digital signals at a second data rate frequency. Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems, methods and computer-readable media for using system jobs for performing actions outside the constraints of batch compute jobs submitted to a compute environment such as a cluster or a grid. The method for modifying a compute environment from a system job disclosure associating a system job to a queuable object, triggering the system job based on an event and performing arbitrary actions on resources outside of compute nodes in the compute environment. The queuable objects include objects such as batch compute jobs or job reservations. The events that trigger the system job may be time driven, such as ten minutes prior to completion of the batch compute job, or dependent on other actions associated with other system jobs. The system jobs may be utilized also to perform rolling maintenance on a node by node basis.

While in a current resource control state, such as an inactive state 332, a user equipment (UE) 111 or 112 selects a base station 124 with a different core-network type than a previously selected base station 122 or 121. In some cases, this selected base station 124 does not support the current resource control state or does not enable the UE 111 or 112 to transition to a different resource control state, such as a connected state 330. Consequently, if the UE 111 or 112 attempts to perform a procedure that would result in the UE 111 or 112 transitioning to the unsupported resource control state, the procedure may fail and consequently waste network resources or delay communications with the UE 111 or 112.

Abstract: A sound reduction assembly includes a housing and a component supported via the housing. The component is movable relative to the housing. The sound reduction assembly includes a ring coupled to the component and the housing. The ring is configured to attenuate sound inducing vibrations in response to operation of the component. The ring includes a flange fixed relative to the housing to maintain a position of the ring relative to the component which maximizes attenuation of the sound in response to operation of the component. A method of utilizing a ring to attenuate sound inducing vibrations in response to operation of a component inside of a housing. A torque is selected to be applied to the ring. A stiffness of the ring is determined based on a stiffness-torque curve utilizing the selected torque to maximize attenuation of the sound. The ring is manufactured to meet the determined stiffness.
