Abstract: Organoamino-functionalized cyclic oligosiloxanes, which have at least two silicon and two oxygen atoms as well as an organoamino group and methods for making the organoamino-functionalized cyclic oligosiloxanes are disclosed. Methods for depositing silicon and oxygen containing films using the organoamino-functionalized cyclic oligosiloxanes are also disclosed.

Abstract: A system and method for intrusion detection includes an imager directed towards an object in an interior space. The imager is in data communication with a computer. The computer is arranged to process digital three-dimensional image data received from the imager and programmed to execute a change detection algorithm in response to the processed three-dimensional data to determine movement of the object. The computer generates an alarm output in response to detecting movement of the object above a predetermined threshold. The method includes providing an imager directed towards an object in an interior space; receiving Time of Flight signals by the imager; processing digital three-dimensional image data received from the imager; and executing a change detection algorithm in response to the processed three-dimensional data to determine movement of the object.

Abstract: Surgical tool management systems are presented including: a number of surgical tool holders for removably securing a number of surgical tools, where each of the surgical tool holders includes: a base, where the base includes a top surface and a bottom surface, an attachment element coupled with and along the bottom surface, where the attachment element removably couples with a surgical surface, and at least two opposing securing elements disposed along the top surface. In some embodiments, the surgical surface is selected from the group consisting of: a surgical curtain, a Mayo stand, and an instrument table. In some embodiments, the opposing securing elements include: a multi-purpose clip, a wire holder, and a tube clamp.

Abstract: An inspection system includes a base plate, an array of fixtures, a plurality of light sources, and a drive mechanism. Each fixture has a first portion rotatably secured to the base plate and configured to rotate about a yaw axis and a second portion rotatably secured to the first portion and configured to rotate about a pitch axis. Each light source is secured to one of the fixtures and is configured to direct light at yaw and pitch angles relative to the base plate. The drive mechanism is configured to rotate the first portions of each fixture about each respective yaw axis and to rotate the second portions of each fixture about each respective pitch axis to adjust yaw and pitch angles of each light source, respectively.

Abstract: The techniques described herein enable a head-mounted display device to use a fiducial marker to identify an Internet of Things (IoT) device. The head-mounted display device can use the identifier to establish a network connection with the IoT device. For example, the identifier can include an Internet Protocol (IP) address, a Bluetooth address, a cloud IoT identifier (e.g., AZURE hub IoT identifier), or another type of an identifier. By using an electronic paper display, the IoT device can dynamically generate and display a new fiducial marker when a new identifier is assigned to the IoT device or is generated by the IoT device. Consequently, the head-mounted display device can detect the fiducial marker and extract the identifier for the IoT device from the fiducial marker so that the identifier can be used to establish a network connection with the IoT device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for associating project entities with projects. In various implementations, user activity data is monitored based on sensor data from at least one user device associated with a user. From the monitored user activity data, entity features are determined of project entities corresponding to the user activity data. Time slots are extracted from the project entities. The time slots are clustered based the entity features of ones of the project entities corresponding to the time slots. The project entities are grouped into projects based on the clustered time slots. Project tags corresponding to the projects are applied to the project entities based on the grouping of the project entities. Content is personalized to the user based on the project tags applied to the project entities.

Abstract: A radar system for an automated vehicle includes a digital-map, a radar, and a controller. The digital-map indicates a characteristic of a roadway traveled by a host-vehicle. The radar detects objects proximate to the host-vehicle. The radar is equipped with a range-setting that is selectively variable. The controller is in communication with the digital-map and the radar. The controller is configured to select the range-setting of the radar based on the characteristic of the roadway. The characteristic may be based on speed-limit, road-shape (e.g. curve-radius), a horizon-distance, and/or an obstruction (e.g. hill, sign, or building). The radar may be equipped with a frame-rate-setting (i.e. pulse repetition frequency or PRF) that is selectively variable, and the controller may be further configured to select the frame-rate-setting based on the characteristic of the roadway.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for generating similarity groupings of software projects. One of the methods includes computing respective values for a plurality of analysis metrics associated with each software development project of a plurality of software development projects, wherein the analysis metrics include snapshot metrics that represent respective properties of the commit history of snapshots in the software development project, functionality metrics that represent respective properties of software elements in the software development project, or both. A similarity grouping is computed for the primary software development project based on the respective computed values for the plurality of analysis metrics for the plurality of software development projects, wherein the similarity grouping for the primary software development project comprises fewer than all of the plurality of software development projects.

Abstract: A method may include receiving a consent-processing request at a consent management platform from a content-presentation device, and using an identifier string in the request to establish a secure interactive session configured for user selection of consent options associated with a particular consent package of the platform, where the package may include identifiers of consent features of a media distribution system that require user consent in order to be activated for the device. The platform may then receive, via the interactive session, user consent data including a respective consent choice for each of one or more consent options, where each respective consent choice indicates acceptance or rejection of consent to activating an associated consent feature identified with the particular consent package. The received respective consent choices may be stored in a database of the consent management platform. Corresponding data may be stored in a whitelist on the content-presentation device.

The lighting fixture also includes a control device to control a respective light intensity of each channel based at least in part on a desired spectrum of light and the respective predominant wavelengths of the channels.

Abstract: A control module attached to a lighting fixture and having a front cover portion may comprise one or more sensors, such as a daylight and/or occupancy sensor, for sensing information through the front cover portion. The control module may have a main printed circuit board (PCB) that extends from a front side to a rear side of the control module, and a sensor PCB perpendicular to the main PCB to enable at least one sensor attached to the sensor PCB to face the front side of the control module. The main PCB may comprise a wireless communication circuit and an antenna for communicating radio frequency (RF) signals, wherein at least a portion of the antenna is located within a plastic lip of the front cover portion of the control module. The control module may further have a conductive enclosure to reduce radio-frequency interference noise from coupling into the antenna.
