Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus to identify linear and non-linear media presentations are disclosed. An example method to determine whether a media presentation is a linear or a non-linear media presentation comprises generating a reference log comprising a first media identifier of first media and a time at which the first media was presented, accessing a media presentation log comprising a second media identifier of second media and a time at which the second media was presented, and determining whether the second media correspond to a linear media presentation or a non-linear media presentation by comparing the media presentation log to the reference log.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a cylinder block for an engine comprises providing a cylinder liner for the cylinder block and keeping the cylinder liner in a controlled atmosphere, removing the cylinder liner from the controlled atmosphere, removing moisture and gaseous contamination from the cylinder liner, and positioning the cylinder liner in a mold and over-casting a cylinder block in the mold.

Abstract: A system has a communication system that is in communication with a computing system. The computing system runs computer-executable instructions that may examine a profile of a passenger. Furthermore, the system may determine based upon the profile that support is to be provided audibly to the passenger whenever support is provided to the passenger. The system may also detect divergences from a predetermined path or route, which is determined may be determined by comparing a position signal output against the predetermined path. In response to detecting divergences, the system may further output an audible support message having content based on the detected divergences. Moreover, the system may be configured to contact authorities and stop the autonomous vehicle.

Abstract: A method for capturing material extracted from biochar is provided comprising the steps of: (i) providing a biochar; (ii) contacting the biochar with an extraction media, where the extraction media causes the removal of residual compounds from the pores and surface of the biochar, creating a resulting extract comprised of the extraction media and removed compounds; and (iii) collecting the resulting extract. The method also can include other steps of extraction and purification. The method further comprises the step of applying the resulting extract to seeds, plants, soil, other agricultural products, or for use in other applications. A biochar having high levels of soluble signaling compounds is also provided, where the biochar is derived from a biomass source that together with predefined pyrolysis parameters produces resulting biochar having increased levels of soluble signaling compounds that are known to increase seed germination rates and early plant growth.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition that includes a first oxide having a phosphate, a ratio of Brønsted acid sites to Lewis acid sites between 0.05 and 1.00, and a total acidity between 50 ?mol/g and 300 ?mol/g, where the phosphate is at least one of a functional group covalently bonded to the first oxide and/or an anion ionically bonded to the first oxide.

A processor of a road-side station may receive first data from a vehicle and receive second data from one or more sensors associated with the road-side station. The processor may compare the first data and the second data. In response to a result of the comparing indicating a difference between the first data and the second data, the processor may generate a report.

Abstract: A workflow development system is described that provides a developer with a search utility for finding steps for inclusion in a workflow. The system also automatically generates a meaningful name and/or graphical representation for a workflow. The system also provides a graphical user interface that represents output parameters of a first workflow step as user-interactive objects. These objects can be interacted with to cause the objects to be inserted into a data entry element that is used to specify a value for an input parameter of a second workflow step. When executable logic representing the first and second workflow steps is generated, the insertion of the objects into the data entry element has the effect of causing the value of the input parameter of the second workflow step to be defined to include the values of the output parameters that correspond to the inserted objects.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems and methods for providing an emergency alert notification. An electronic communication device can receive, from an alert generation device, a low power advertising packet responsive to an action performed on the alert generation device. Before the action is performed, the alert generation device can be in a low power state, such as a sleep state, to conserve battery. The action can cause the alert generation device to transition from the low power state to a second state in which the alert generation device begins transmitting the advertising packet. The electronic communication device can identify at least one emergency contact to receive an alert based on a contact policy and can determine an alert type based on the contact policy. The electronic communication device can generate the alert including a request for assistance and can transmit the alert to the at least one emergency contact.

Abstract: A method can include receiving member information from first member devices at a first gateway UE in a device-to-device (D2D) LAN. The D2D LAN can include a first sub-LAN and at least one second sub-LAN. The first sub-LAN can include the first gateway UE and the first member devices. Each of the second sub-LANs can include a second gateway UE and a set of second member devices. The first and second gateway UEs can be connected with sidelinks. The member information can indicate a first DEVICE ID associated with the respective first member device. A first member device list including the first DEVICE IDs of the first member devices can be updated based on the received member information. A first mapping update message including the updated first member device list and a first gateway ID of the first gateway UE can be broadcast to the second gateway UEs.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a request to permit equipment of a subscriber of a mobile service provider that provides a subscribed service via a licensed frequency spectrum to access the subscribed service via a wireless access terminal according to an unlicensed frequency spectrum. A radio adapted to provide access to the subscribed service via the licensed frequency spectrum is identified, wherein the wireless access terminal resides within a coverage area of the identified radio. A current utilization of the identified radio is determined and a response to the request is generated according to the current utilization of the identified radio, wherein access to the subscribed service via the wireless access terminal is conditional according to the response to the request, resulting in conditional access. Abstract: The invention relates to the storage and transportation of liquid products, and specifically to a plastic bottle. The challenge which this invention is designed to address is to increase the performance characteristics of a bottle, i.e. to create a lightweight design of bottle which is easy to manufacture and enables said bottle to be securely attached to items of clothing etc. The challenge in question is addressed by the fact that the plastic bottle, comprising a hollow thin-walled body ending with a neck, and a holder which is designed in the form of an open groove, molded in the body, parallel to the central axis of the bottle and extending for more than half the height of the bottle, is characterized by the fact that the projections of the walls of the groove on the plane, which is perpendicular to the transverse axis of the groove, are in the form of zigzag-shaped lines. Furthermore, each zigzag-shaped line may consist of sections of straight lines and/or sections of curved lines.

Abstract: A disposable filter including an integrated sensor is provided for filtering a working fluid and monitoring the working fluid and/or the performance of the filter. The filter includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet with filter media disposed within the housing in a flow path defined between the inlet and the outlet. The integrated sensor is disposed within the housing, where the integrated sensor monitors a characteristic of the working fluid or other performance characteristic of the filter. The sensor assembly may include a communication module. The sensor assembly may include a RF tank circuit with a capacitor plate, which may be disposed adjacent a bypass structure that is disposed adjacent the outlet. Movement of a moveable part of the bypass structure in response to a pressure buildup will cause a shift in a resonant frequency of the tank circuit.

Abstract: The disclosed bandgap circuit is configured to provide a temperature stable reference current and/or voltage that is also adjustable. The stability can be facilitated by an improved matching of current mirrors provided by a source degeneration topology. The source degeneration can reduce random mismatches without requiring increased size or complexity of the current mirrors and can facilitate operation of the current mirrors in a weak inversion condition, in which random mismatches may be most severe. Further, the source degeneration may be adjusted to adjust a level and/or a temperature coefficient of the generated reference current and/or voltage.

Abstract: Methods and systems described herein may retrieve a data lineage associated with a first computing system comprising a plurality of services and data elements. The data lineage may indicate a plurality of interrelationships between the plurality of services and data elements. Based on the data lineage, a visualization of the first computing system may be generated. Based on the one or more interrelationships between a first data element and the plurality of services and data elements, one or more services and data elements affected by the change to the first data element may be identified. Based on the one or more services and data elements affected by the change to the first data element, the visualization of the first computing system may be updated to indicate the impact to the first computing system.
