The restricted environment can be maintained by a web browser to enable sandboxed generation of content requests by the web browser during the rendering of web pages. The restricted environment can enable the web browser to control the generation and transmission of content requests.

A container in a predetermined format having a video stream including encoded image data is transmitted. Auxiliary information for downscaling a spatial and/or temporal resolution of the image data is inserted into the video stream. For example, the auxiliary information indicates a limit of accuracy for a motion vector included in the encoded image data. Further, for example, the auxiliary information identifies a picture to be selected at the time of downscaling the temporal resolution at a predetermined ratio.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to the field of replicating or copying keys. More specifically, the present invention relates to creating a copy of a master key based on a captured image of the master key by using a laser scanning of the master key and decoding the master key based on the captured image. The present invention identifies a set of target key information based on the image of the master key to provide for the cutting of a duplicate key blade copy using a key scanning and cutting system located at a retail or end location. Additional key information may also be captured along with the image of the master key.

Abstract: Disclosed is a composition including controlled release particles, wherein each of the controlled release particles includes: (a) a core including at least one hydrophobic active ingredient; and (b) a wall at least partially surrounding the core and including the reaction products of: (i) an organofunctional silane; (ii) an epoxy; (iii) an amine; (iv) an isocyanate; (v) an epoxide curing agent; wherein the controlled release particles are effective to retain the at least one hydrophobic active ingredient upon exposure to water and effective to release the at least one hydrophobic active ingredient in response to friction. A method for preparing the composition is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method of vehicle navigation using terrain text recognition includes receiving, via an electronic controller arranged on a vehicle and having access to a map of the terrain, a navigation route through the terrain. The method also includes receiving, via the controller, a signal from a global positioning system (GPS) to determine a current position of the vehicle relative to the terrain. The method additionally includes determining, via the controller, a location of a next waypoint on the navigation route and relative to the current vehicle position. The method also includes detecting and communicating to the controller, via a vehicle sensor an image frame displaying a text indicative of the next waypoint and correlating, via the controller, the detected text to the next waypoint on the map. Furthermore, the method includes setting, via the controller, an in-vehicle alert indicative of the detected text having been correlated to the next waypoint.

The method includes obtaining respective sensor data relative to an anode and a cathode. A predicted anode capacity and predicted cathode capacity are determined based on the respective sensor data. The predicted anode capacity and predicted cathode capacity each have a respective variance value. An updated set of variables and updated respective variance values are generated based in part on the predicted anode capacity, the predicted cathode capacity and a measured equilibrium voltage, via a Kalman filter module executed by the controller. The updated set of variables include an updated anode capacity and an updated cathode capacity. Operation of the device is controlled based in part on the updated set of variables and updated respective variance values.

Abstract: A system and method for managing information related to marine activities and selectively sharing such information is provided. The system is designed to collect environmental data and create buoy profiles that may be analyzed by users to scout environmental conditions that may be conducive to catching fish in certain geolocations. Buoy profiles are updated in real time by fisherman using the system. The system is also designed to collect information pertaining to a catch and create an activity profile that may be analyzed by users to scout optimal geolocations in which to catch fish. A user's activity profiles may be shared with other users or kept private depending on permission levels within the system. Additionally, the system is designed to alert users of dangerous weather conditions and optimal fishing geolocations based on the buoy profiles and environmental states created by the system.
