Abstract: Provided is an apparatus and a method for controlling an internal combustion engine such that emissions may not worsen during recovery from a fuel cut. An internal combustion engine control apparatus executes feedback control on the air-fuel ratio of an internal combustion engine. The control apparatus increases a supply of fuel, with the air-fuel ratio feedback stopped, when combustion restarts after a fuel cut of the internal combustion engine. The control apparatus sets the air-fuel ratio criteria based on a rich-side peak value of the air-fuel ratio obtained after the fuel supply increase starts. The control apparatus starts the air-fuel ratio feedback when the air-fuel ratio falls within the set air-fuel ratio criteria after the fuel supply increase.
Abstract: A safety valve mounted on a battery includes a main body which has a hollow structure formed so that a top communicates with a bottom and a discharge hole in one side surface of an upper portion, a sub body which is formed to protrude from an inner circumferential surface of the main body where a through hole is formed in one side surface of a lower portion of the sub body, a cap membrane of which a cross section has a “?” shape so that the cap membrane is in close contact with an upper portion of the sub body to close the upper portion of the sub body due to a weight of the cap membrane or moves upward from the upper portion of the sub body to open the upper portion of the sub body and which has a circular cap shape, and a cover which opens or closes the upper portion of the main body, and only one protrusion is formed on an inner circumferential surface of an end portion of the cap membrane.

Abstract: A method of forming a plasma-resistant coating layer with low brightness includes: (a) performing a heat treatment process on a primary rare-earth metal compound powder having a grain size in a range of 20 nm to 60 nm to prepare a secondary rare-earth metal compound powder, (b) transferring the secondary rare-earth metal compound powder, and (c) spraying the transferred secondary rare-earth metal compound powder onto a substrate to form a rare-earth metal compound coating layer on the substrate. In the transferring transfer, a carrier gas is used to transfer the secondary rare-earth metal compound powder. The secondary rare-earth metal compound powder obtained through the heat treatment process has a grain size in a range of 70 nm to 150 nm, and the rare-earth metal compound coating layer has a brightness value of 50 or less.
